They are hard-working day laborers, working hard from morning to night, sun, rain, storm, whatever, they have to work, or they don't get paid. The type of work they are doing is scrap melting of steel mill scrap which is solidified and cannot be used to make TMT bars. It is disposed of separately as waste. Later it is deposited in a separate field of the company. Later, metal is extracted from all these scraps. But the most difficult thing is that these you see are so hard and tough, they are broken and pieces of metal are taken out. There are many women workers, they come here every day to work, some of them are scrap metal, some people break the big wheels with hammer into small pieces, so that it is easy to scrap metal. Today I went to this place, I feel very bad how much work they do, but that unfair remuneration is not paid. Still, they have to do this work because of stomach. However, most of these places are manned by women workers, because women can be paid less. The metals these workers separate from the scrap are remelted to make TMT bars. First billet is made then TMT rod is made.

The metals are saved and placed in a light metal bucket, then these are lifted on the head and taken to a designated place. But these are very heavy. Big wheels of dirt are moved from one place to another by excavators. Because the work is done with machines.
