Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @suboohi all time my favourite topic "Alert:1 picture 1 Story Week #57" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Ginger, Ginger is full of many nutrients. Ginger tea is wonderful, ginger has many benefits. The winter season has started and what can be said about ginger tea. I like ginger tea very much, its fragrance, its sharpness doubles the taste of tea.

Ginger is easily available in the market in winter season and its price is also low. But in summer either ginger is not available or if it is available then it is very expensive. Generally people do not drink ginger tea in summer season.

But some people like it very much or have to make Ayurvedic medicine, so they dry ginger and store it for summer. Which we also call dry ginger. Dry ginger powder is also easily available in the market.

Ginger is also used a lot in rainy season. Because in this season, many problems of cough and cold are seen and at that time strong ginger tea gives a lot of relief.

Ginger benefits both the taste of our food and health. It is also used in cooking. Ginger is used in the gravy of many types of vegetables. It is also used in tempering lentils. Ginger pickle is also made because it is very beneficial for the stomach. And it is very tasty. Let us understand what are the benefits of ginger for our health.

Relief in cold and cough

  • When we have cold and cough, we add ginger to tea and get a lot of relief from it.

  • Grating ginger and extracting its juice and drinking it by adding a little honey also gives a lot of relief in cough and cold.

  • Using ginger also improves our digestion.

Gas related disorders

People who have gas problems can also get a lot of relief by consuming ginger.

But the nature of ginger is a little hot, so in the summer season, ginger should be used only when it is very necessary. Otherwise, its side effects are also seen sometimes.
