Celebration is the phenomenon to maximize your joy with dear ones

Oxford defines celebration as: a special event that people organize in order to celebrate something

What does "Celebration" mean to you?

Celebration is to gather people you love under one roof to celebrate a day, event, or any achievements. People join each other and exchange good words and gifts. Like a birthday bash, wedding anniversary, promotion parties, Eids, Christmas, and other festivals which are native to every nation.

It's completed by decorating a venue with flowers, ballons, and other decoratives followed by eating cakes, pasteries, and meals.

when your baby loves wheel on the bus over anything else

Are you preparing yourself for an upcoming celebration(s)? Share your Excitement and plans.

I don't have any specific celebration coming in my way in the form a wedding or birthday bash.

But my best friend's birthday is after one week. She doesn't celebrate it with family or friends. She only gets official birthday celebration from her office.

I am excited to see her birthday pictures this year because she has got a job in one of the renowned marketing agency in Lahore, whose headquarter is in New York.

It'll be her first birthday in her new office. Seeing your friend gets new succeess is a great excitement and a moment to celebrate.

How does Celebrations bring happiness and meaning to your life?

Fear belongs to tomorrow, sorrow belongs to yesterday, and HAPPINESS belongs to NOW this moment

Life would be boring if we don't share our precious moments or achievements with others.
Everyday is meant to celebrate for the blessings almighty has shown us on because:
نئے دن کی مسافت رنگ میں ڈوبی ہوا کے ساتھ
کھڑکی سے بلاتی ہے
.

Man is a social animal, it's in our instinct to connect with people in times of happiness and sorrow.

Once my nephew(my cousin's son) was unwell, he had got his elbow fractured before his birthday. They decided not to celebrate his birthday that year. His grandfather had also passed away a few months before.

However, children don't understand such things, so i purchased a couple of cupcakes from a near by shop. We lit candles and arranged ballons for him.

We called him without letting anyone know about this, made him blow the candles and eat the cupcakes( we fed him because his right hand was fractured).

He became so happy and told everyone afterwards that we celebrated his birthday in a mysterious manner.

It brought smile on everyone's face and i felt a warmth of blood rushing in my body.

Recall the most cherished celebration memories of your life?

In my childhood, most of our birthday celebrations were made in my Nani's home. Once we celebrated my casual birthday in my Dada's home when my father came from abroad.

It was summers, all of us had got tan due to playing games under the Sun. In the evening when we got free from our tution work my father brought cake and cold drinks.
It's about early 21st century, all of my paternal family gathered in one drawing room.
My dada Abu was sat on the main sofa as the head of the family while my cousins and elders sat on the remaining sofas.

کبھی ہم خوبصورت تھے ۔۔۔ ۔۔۔ ۔!

My birthday day at Nana's place

I cut cake with the help of my cousins and my father cut it into pieces to serve the family. We drank cold drinks and clicked many pictures in a reel camera.

That's the most precious memory for me.

Another one is the one year birthday celebration of my nephew this year in July. Though there remained two weeks for him to get one year old. However, we celebrated it because our whole was together for a family dinner, some had came from another city.

We purchased cakes and ballons in a rush and did a small decoration in one hour. Still i didn't forget to decide the color theme for the decoration.

We decided to decorate in light colors, blue is the colour for the boys.

That tiny munchkin, Hashim, wasn't stepping off his birthday car. His parents cut cake with him and served everybody. I ate chocolate cake which is my favourite.

Celebration is incomplete without a cake

These are the precious moments of celebration when my family was together, all of us smiling, talking, and congratulating each other for the cause that had united us all

Not all celebration require a cake. Some celebration require just moments together. Cake serves as just a deco. to spices the celebration. You had a nice celebration with loved ones and your nephew had a grate day celebrating with family.

Good luck to you sir!

Yeah celebrations require humanely touch more than cakes and decorations. Though it's in the subconscious to eat something while enjoying it😀

Thank you for leaving your words here.

It's miss here,not sir:)

Well! Mr Hashim looks so ardent to his car instead of his birthday bash, that is the cutest part. Mashallah you have a stash of such adorable memories. yar , the cupy cake part of your post really touched my feelings. Innocent Mr Handsome's excitement can be felt from his blowing style..... Plus, the urdu lines are a welcome addition.☺️Good luck with the contest.

Celebration indeed encapsulates joy and unity. Your definition resonates deeply. Your friend's upcoming birthday celebration at her new job marks a significant achievement; sharing in her success brings great excitement. Your nephew's impromptu birthday celebration amid challenging times beautifully demonstrates the joy of simple, heartfelt gestures. Memories of your childhood birthday celebrations exude warmth and togetherness. The vibrant portrayal of these cherished moments truly encapsulates the essence of celebration. 🎉
