In my opinion, the Voting power is like the quantity of influence or weightage of an account that has when commenting or voting to a post on steemit and the Voting CSI is a abbreviation for Content Satisfaction Index, where it is a measure of how well the post we upvoted has played. These both are likely gives same importance to the account and express the engagement with the community and others.

Voting power is important because it expresses the the worth of our vote in steemit and how much our vote is rewarding to others in steemit. When the voting power, the more rewards we can provide to others. At the same time the more we use voting power, the faster it decreases. Voting CSI is calculated in the basis on the rewarding a post or comments received, as well as how much we engaged to others it generates. A higher voting CSI shows that the post we've upvoted has played well, when a lower CSI reassembles that the content didn't recieve sufficient attention from the community of steemit.
