It is actually a very beautiful thing to see every Steemit contest held by @sahar78 and participate in it because I am so sure that I will find something to learn about it.

Talking about Lions, I will say they are present popularly in Africa as a continent because Lions generally dwells in Savannas, grasslands and also woodlands. In fact to be more specific and with my research, I discovered that Lions are mostly Popular in countries like Kenya, South Africa and even Tanzania.

Even though there are also the presence of Lions in other part of the country in Nigeria, I believe strongly that a very small population of the Asiatic Lions also is present in places like India and also I have come to discover that Lions in Africa or African Lions as they are mostly called are the one of the most dangerous Lions.

Well, when it comes to Elephants, it has it's own peculiar case compared to Lions. As of the Lion like I said earlier, they are found in Africans most especially but when it comes to Elephants, it is found in both Africa and also Asia.

Now what do I mean by that? In African Elephants, they are more larger in size as their own species and also they are found in countries alike Tanzania, Places like Kenya and Alps Zimbabwe. While the Asia Elephant as it is fondly called is smaller in size compared to the African Counterparts and so It is found in places like India as the first example. They are also found in countries like Thailand and Indonesia even though it might not be more as compared to India.

Lastly, talking about the Lions and elephants and what they eat. I will start with Lion and then move to elephants.

• Lions: Lions which many of us know that they are actually carnivores in nature. Most of the time, the food lions like to eat are herbivores which are in huge sizes. I am talking about animals like the antelope, giraffes and even buffalo. They most of the time want animals that they can easily catch and even when they are going out for hunting, lions walk in groups and in TeamWorks to hunt down their prey.

• Elephants: The second one I will like to talk about is the Elephants. Elephants are different from lions because Elephants are herbivores in nature as compared to Lions which are Carnivores in nature. They like to eat grasses and leaves. But elephant eat a lot and that is due to their size. They consume huge amounts of vegetation each day.
