Kuzenimin Nişan Günü - My Cousin's Engagement Day (Tr - Eng)

Tekrardan Merhaba Sevgili Steemit Türkiye Grubu Dostları;

Daha önce ki yerimda olan kuzenimin Sarıyer'den söz ve onu bulma sürecimizi özet geçmiştim. Yıldız Hisarı'nı beğenmiş ve yerine uygun sayılabilecek bir fiyata anlaşmıştık. Özellikle daha önce bir aile düğünümüz için için denk gelmemiş bir yer olan İstanbul Boğaz'ının kıyılarında bir yerde ilk kez Boğaz'ın belki de en güzel yerlerinden biri olarak sayılabilecek Fatih Sultan Mehmet Köprüsü'nün ayaklarının dibinde yer alan bu açık hava ve kapalı alanı da mevcut olan yerde nişanımızı gerçekleştirdik.

Nişanımızı aile ve aileye yakın küçük bir çevreyi dahil edecek şekilde gerçekleştirmeyi düşündük. Bu sebeple genel bir davet değil daha çok aile ve akrabaları kapsayan bir nişan oldu. Fakat yine de damat tarafı yani bizim tarafımızın birkaç arkadaş çevreside geldi. Nişanı 200 kiilik planladık yaklaşık olarak da zaten 220 kişi katıldı. Aile çevresinden davet edilen herkes geldi. Nişan oldukça güzel geçti, ne aşırı kalabalık oldu ne de masalar boş kaldı. Hani derler ya tadında oldu diye, bu nişanımızda gerçekten de tam tadında oldu. Davetliler vaktinde geldi, Yıldız Hisarı'na çıkmak araçlar için biraz dolambaçlı ve dar sokaklardan geçmeyi gerektiriyordu ve bu yüzden düğün yerine gelişin biraz karmaşıklık yaratacağını düşünüyorduk. Ancak bu olumsuz düşünce neyse ki hiç gerçekleşmedi ve herkes nişan yerini rahatlıkla buldu. Zaten davetlilerin gelir gelmez yaptıkları ilk şey, Boğaz'ı Fatih Sultan Mehmet Köprüsü'nü gören kısma geçip fotoğraflar çektirmek oldu. Hem gündüz gözüyle görüp resim çektirmek için hem de hava kararmaya başladıktan sonra oluşan muhteşem manzarayla resim çektirmeyi ihmal etmemeleri oldu.

I had summarized my cousin, who was in my previous position, about Sarıyer and our process of finding him. We liked Yıldız Hisarı and agreed on a price that could be considered suitable for its place. This open-air and indoor area, located at the foot of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, which can be considered as one of the most beautiful places on the Bosphorus, for the first time in a place on the shores of the Bosphorus, which is a place that we have not come across for a family wedding before. We made our engagement at the available place.

We thought of making our engagement so that it would involve family and a small circle close to the family. For this reason, it was not a general invitation, but rather an engagement involving family and relatives. But still, a few friends from the groom's side, our side, also came. We planned the engagement for 200 people, and about 220 people already attended. Everyone invited from the family circle came. The engagement went quite well, neither overcrowding nor tables were empty. As they say, it tasted like it, it really tasted like this in our engagement. The guests arrived on time, getting to Yıldız Fortress required some winding and narrow streets for vehicles, so we thought arriving at the wedding venue would create some complexity. However, this negative thought luckily never materialized and everyone found the engagement place easily. Anyway, the first thing the guests did as soon as they arrived was to go to the part that sees the Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and have their photos taken. They did not neglect to take pictures both in order to see it in the daytime and have a picture taken with the magnificent view that occurs after the weather starts to get dark.

Bu resimde gördüğünüz yer ise nişandan bir gün önce adet gereği yapmamız gereken kız isteme merasiminden bir karedir. Burada damadın tuzlu kahveyi içtiği andan bir kare. Güzel ve keyifli bir kız isteme oldu. Damat tarafı olarak bir hayli kalabalık gittik. Hatta amcamın isteği üzerine birkaç kişi aşağıda beklemek zorunda kaldı. Umarım yakın bir zamanda bu kız isteme faslı bana da nasip olur.

The place you see in this picture is a frame from the girl request ceremony, which we have to do the day before the engagement. Here is a shot of the groom drinking the salty coffee. It was asking a beautiful and pleasant girl. As the groom's side, we went very crowded. In fact, several people had to wait downstairs at my uncle's request. I hope I will be able to get this girl request part soon.

Sadece nişan organizasyonu yapan kurum yönetiminin organizasyonunda ki eksikliklerinden dolayı bir zayıflık oluştu. Yemek servisi parçalı ve çok uzun sürdü. Ayrıca damat ve gelinin girişi çok basit ve habersiz oldu. Ailenin gençlerinin de yer aldığı bir giriş konsepti olabilirdi. Bunlar dışında her yönüyle güzel bir nişan oldu. Kuzenimi ve ailemize yeni katılan gelinimizi tebrik ediyorum.

There was a weakness only because of the deficiencies in the organization of the management of the institution that organized the engagement. Food service was fragmented and took too long. Also the entrance of the groom and bride was very simple and unannounced. It could have been an entrance concept that included the young people of the family. Other than that, it was a beautiful engagement in every way. Congratulations to my cousin and our newly-joined bride.
