Recipe || Luscious beef liver curry ๐ฅ

With my boundless love and warm regard, I'm going to begin my today's post. Like every woman cooking is one of my passions and I get great satisfaction from this. Today I'll share one of my favorite recipes which is made from beef liver. This is delicious to taste as well as has many health benefits. So without wasting your valuable time, I'm going to share this unique recipe.

In the beginning, all the beef liver I washed very well and kept it aside for straining the excess water from it. After that, I fired on the stove and then I put a clean pan on it and kept it until it properly heated.
After heating the pan properly I put oil in it.

When the oil is perfectly heated then I put the bay leaf in it. Hereafter I put all the cinnamons in it. Then put the cardamom and the cloves in it. After putting all the ingredients I fried them well with oil and a nice fragrance spread out it.

In this step, I put all the cute onions in it.
Then put one tablespoon of ginger paste in it.

In this step, I add one tablespoon of garlic paste and the homemade garam masala.
Hereafter I add one tablespoon of salt, turmeric powder and one tablespoon of chili powder.

Into all the ingredients I put one cup of water in it.
After putting water in it I keep all the ingredients boiled properly.

After flaming it for approximately 15 minutes when all the masala is cooked well and the color should be like this.
Then I put all the washed strained beef liver into the pan.

I mixed all the beef liver with the masala very well.
After mixing it properly I put one cup of water in it and let it be cooked for twenty minutes.

After passing twenty minutes the texture of the beef liver curry will be like this.

In this final stage, I put all the beef liver curry in a white bowl. At the corner of the bowl, I put a slice of lemon and served on the dining table. Everyone loves this beef liver curry and it tastes savory. Iโm sure if you try this recipe at home you and all the family members will love this and never forget the taste of it.
