Hello steemians,on another episode of joining this contest.Having in mind on what to write down is a task on it own.And to talk of writing down.Kudos to everyone one of us as we sit to bring up beautiful entries.

Unemployment is a process of being jobless.Not being able to do work in order to make a living.

Employment is a process where you have a work to make ends meet.An income you use in supporting yourself one way or the other.

Employment rate in my country is very low.A very bad phenomenon which is coming rampant every single day in my country.You sitting down will only allow poverty to strike you down which isn't helping and might later lead to an unpleasant omen.Every day people go out looking for a job day-in day-out but to no avail.Billions of people living, having families to feed and employment isn't enough to accommodate lots of people.Here in my country,it will still be hard to find a job even if you graduate with a first class which isn't suppose to be.So,what are the solutions that can be profer to this?

As the rate of employment is low in my country,the most popular employment is becoming a teacher either in a private or public school,a civil servant that works for the government to make ends meet and learning of vocational trainings among the youths who are yet to have an income.

Her ewe are in dilemma, although AI which is a new advanced technology have helped and still helping a lot of people in different area of careers world wide.Artficial intelligence makes work more easier, efficient,conducive and convinient but to some certain extent when programmed.
However,it will help in carrying out work more fasting than human.What a lots of people can do in a week,AI will get it done in a day but at the same time many will lose their jobs and that is what they depend on to eat three times daily and also their lives is at stake.Employment is already not enough for the people,employing a new advanced technology will be so bad.It has an advantage and disadvantage to impact on we humans.

There are many solutions we can profer on how to reduce the rising unemployment.Here are some:
•Create awareness and advocate free training on how to earn an income.
•Handi-work like catering,soap making,tailoring barbing and so many crafts.
•Charity organizations should help in lifting up people's hands by giving out some machineries and funds.
•Fund raising by the government also even if they can't seem to create more jobs for the people.

Employment and Artificial Intelligence could work hand-in-hand but in a strategies way so as for one to not affect the other way round.
