February 4,2025 has been a lot for me but Thanks be to God for His never ending Love and Mercy.

I went to work as early as I could to avoid salary deductions and I successfully came before my time started with a 15 minute allowance. I never like being late because the company I am working for deducts an equivalent to 1.5 hours of work on the first minute of being late and additional deductions on the few minutes after. It's inhumane but what else can I do? It provides for my family so I had to abide to the rules without complaining even if it means lesser time for me to spend at home doing chores and spending time with my family.

Work was the usual, the new employee was not yet familiar with her work and needs assistance, but Paula is energetic to teach her and I had to fill if she is not around.

My boss increased his price for corn buying and we had to move quick before other factories buy the same price. Adjusting price to higher level means stealing deliveries from other factories to build up inventory.

Since our new price is higher than others, the truck arrival surged high up to 30 trucks and we had to cater them all before they would be gone and finished unloading them all by 11 pm. I rendered 5 hours of overtime for work and good things is that my co worker gave me a lift home because my husband is already asleep and I have nothing else to do to do home and he bought me dinner also. It was a good food from the canteen, enough to fuel our body to do our work that night. We had rice and fish paksiw and banana. I refused to drink soda and had water instead.

That afternoon, my husband called me and took me on a virtual travel with him on the field which he visited. Alex was the owner of the cassava farm and he asked my husband to buy the 3 month old standing cassava on the field for 15 thousand pesos, that's 258 USD or 1,452 $steem as of today's price of $0.178 USD.

My husband was very interested in buying the crop and I know I had to support him because whatever he does, he does for the food of our family. But for now, we had to find ways to find money that big because we only have little in our pocket. may God bless us with this plan and to Him we alone trust.

This is how my days went, thank you for your time and support.this blog is AI free, Images used are my own with the help of Inshot editor for the collage
