I'm good and I hope you are also well and good. I'm very thankful to this community for giving us the opportunity to write on this topic.Today when I see this topic, Then I feel very happy to write on this because after some months my graduation will have been completed and I will search for a good job.Youth of any county play a very significant role in the economy of this country by their involvement in different fields.At this point,I give us example of India youth that's education system improve before some years and they have more employment.By the way,to return our topic that is employment. In the present,does not everyone achieve government jobs.Because the seats of government jobs are less than candidates.So,In our youth only 10 to 20 percent achieve a government job and 80 percent people have no any job and they wait for a job and old year by year and in the end they blame the government.This is very necessary to accept the realty in first step and prioritize the government job as second priority.Furthermore,youth think that they have no any other options to make their future better.But this is not true because if we feel insecure about our job then it's mean we have no skills.So,first priorities to learn skilled that make you unique then other.This is a strong reality to do different things at one time if you do ten things all at once.Then,if you will fail in 9 things,then, definitely you will succeed in one thing.But if you do not do ten things then you and nobody know about that which thing in which you will succeed.

Now I see the amazing questions and talk with you in these domains.I hope you enjoy it but I'm enjoying discussing these all things with my friends.

What are the most popular employment in your country?

In my country, The most wanted job is Assistant commissioner from PAS group of CSS or PMS.And everyone want to this job and it's required only graduation.That's why in thousands of people apply for this and prepare for this job.But some people make it do or die that is totally wrong.I think that you prepare it because this syllabus is designed as if you prepare it then you have a lot of basic knowledge that's help you in diversity of fields.But with this,do more things and in some cases we need to recognize our strength or weakness.If you know what are your strength then you work on it more.And if you recognize what is your weakness then find very simple solution to overcome this.In this way if everyone work in different fields then ratio of employment is increased.The second priority of doctor.Mny children give MCAT or for engineering ECAT.Tge third priority to give any government job.In this try,many people burn their time and cause of unemployment.

Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market?

No i believe that it change the way of information understood,processed and improved quality of information.It also contribute to the creation of new industries and jobs.AI contributed to the development of economic development of economic capabilities through automation of factories as the degree of automation.Infact,AI also improve overall economy productivity and promotes industry profits.When open AI launched its first large language model,known as GPT-1 in 2018,it had 117 m parameters.5 year later,the company establish fourt new model GPT-4.Today,most advanced AI use 5bn times the computing power.

• Its also some dark points:
  AI could be used to generate and spread toxic misinformation, eroding social trust and democracy much harder cooperation-geopolitics.In some cases,its give better result and productivity then normal man.It also cause of insecurity in personal privacy.

How to reduce rising unemployment

Recommendations of reducing rising unemployment that is:

• Learned skills relating to your strength or background(graduation).Every year,Many students in India get jobs in America and get scholarships for further study.Because they have learned a lot of skills and america wants more talented students or teachers which give us more productive results.Our education system needed to improve and highly skilled but at this time we take help from YouTube or AI.AI is a informative tool which help us in education.
• It's necessary to decrease the gender gap.If in a family only one person is doing something to survive 5 to 6 people in a family that is not enough.We see every developed country in which women or men both work equally and this is a big hurdle in unemployment.
