Well, we all have a dream that we have a lovely home and a small family and many people can do this. Some people build very luxurious houses and some people are happy in slums. It all depends on how much money you can spend and how much money you have. Some people have many houses and they use different houses for different purposes to be honest, those people who have so many houses and can maintain so many houses are very rich because if you are from a normal family, then it becomes very difficult for you to build a house. Nothing is impossible nowadays because there are many ways to earn money and sometimes you also win a lottery.

But if you have a house and a family, then probably you don't need other things. It all depends on what type of person you are and what your thinking is because some people like to live a life of show-off and some people don't like it at all. They are happy with their own lives and they don't care about the rest of the world and slowly and gradually you will have a house in which you are living happily and everything is good, then probably after some time, you will also buy a car because a car is needed to go here and there and if you have money, then one day or the other you will buy a car because it becomes very important. When you are alone, then you don't face many problems in going here and there but when you have a family, then a lot of problems related to travelling start coming.

So I would say that if you are thinking of getting married then first buy a house and then buy the tax. Yes or no, it all depends on your circumstances. Some people can use the tax as a source of income after which they can build a house. It depends on your circumstances. If you can buy a house without any hassle then buy it because that is also a need. But if you are taking a loan to show off to people and taking a house and tax on a loan, then it will not be a good thing. If you feel that you are capable of building a house or tax, then only take that decision, otherwise don't take it.
