How are you guys hope everyone is fine and alhamdulillah I am also fine today I am here to participate in the food diary game contest so I want to thank @jyoti-thelight mam. Who organizes such a nice contest for us every week and today I am here with my food of the week. Have been prepared to share with my friends but let's start with,

After quite a few days of fog, it was nice to see some sunshine today so I got some time on my hands and thought of making some yummy and stomach-soothing food so I took some time Today I made kacchi Birani with beef very tasty and hot This hot washed kacchi biryani is a must-have in the morning and I also made it but with it, I reached a d egg in my daily routine because I have to eat an egg every day it is much healthier for my body and body energy helps to add.

After eating hot polao after some time passed I cooked 3 receipe today at noon because, I saw some extra vegetables in my house I had those vegetables in the fridge and I needed to cook those vegetables quickly otherwise they would spoil. I had a chance so today I cooked a vegetable by mixing about four different vegetables winter we have a variety of vegetables and the combination of all the vegetables together makes the vegetable taste much tastier than what I had in today's recipe.

Also, my second recipe for lunch was Cabbage and new potato vaji with very little onions and green chillies with a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of turmeric. fry done this cabbage bhaji is very tasty and good to eat.

My latest recipe today noon is thin dal very delicious dal because me and my family love to eat dal and my younger son likes to eat rice more than dal because we all love to eat dal and dal is such a food. Which can easily digest food and should be included in our diet two to three days a week I put in my meal today

After having full stomachs in midday like morning we all prepared to rest and for about two to two and a half hours we rested in the evening we got up and completed maghrib namaz then I had some roasted almonds in my house and kept them for the evening almonds are very healthy one. Food and our daily diet should contain some amount of nuts as they provide a lot of energy and protein for our body.

Today I had another delicious dish with almonds for evening which is very favorite of me and my son Badam Chanachur. We eat this Chanachur sometimes and it is more fun to eat as it is slightly salty and quite salty.

For dinner, I wanted to cook one batch of curry and for that, I asked my husband's advice or he advised me to cook beef in the night because we like to eat roast beef so in the night I made minced beef. And it was so good because this beef with hot rice tastes so much better that it's made with a bit more gravy.
