Today I made Khurma for my shop which has been eaten all day in our shop which has been used by many costume mags. It has been raining here since the last two days so Khurma is not being sold but today the weather is right. Papa thought of making Khurma today. To make Khurma, Papa took the best flour, then heated the flour according to that flour, then mixed the sugar in the flour and then mixed the flour with the pure flour. Then mix it well with hot water to make a paste.When everything was mixed, she kept it covered with a cloth for some time. After 10 minutes, with the help of her hand, she rolled out the mixture to make it thin and then cut it into a bowl. I chopped them one by one and then fried them in oil, took them out of the oil on a light red surface and then fried all the khurmas and kept them.

After everything was cooked, father took another vessel to make khurma sweet, added water in the pot as per the quantity of khurma, put it on fire and then slowly kept mixing the khurma with water and for some time the pot was cooked again. After the water and sugar got mixed, the water slowly started boiling at the tip of the pot. While it was boiling slowly, you checked the tip with the help of your hand to see if the syrup was suitable for putting the cucumber. Papa checked that it was just too early for him to get tired and chirped that it would be some time before he got fatter, I mean, he had to fly out of his fire. Why did you put it in a niche and now you started waiting for it to cool down?
