Greetings Everyone

Hello friends welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate once again in Steemit learning challenge season 22 in week:4 in bakery course,this week semi sweet stuffed bread recipe so guys with out ado let's start my blog and did my best .
Before I starting I would love to invite my friends @suboohi ,@chant ,@goodybest ,@nishadi89 ,@lirvic and @roohiadif99 to participate and learn from lesson and get benefits from bakery course.

Why can't yeast and salt be added together when preparing bread dough? Explain your answer

Well friends it's good to add sugar in warm water before adding yeast for fermentation process because it's help the yeast to activated fast and good rising dough depends on perfect yeast fermentation,in the results our bread become double in size ,more soft and having smooth texture.

Make a semi-sweet bread with a SALTY filling. You can follow the recipe given in class, or you can make one of your choice, but the dough must be semi-sweet with a SALTY filling. (Ham, cheese, chicken, meat, etc.) Document the step by step, and accompany it with a postelr with the date, user, and the class label bakerys22w4

I made semi sweet bread with salty filling,I just followed the recipe that I usually baked at home ,I share here the recipe of Chicken Bread .The dough kneaded process followed by the lesson given in class but the salty filling is different so I share below the complete recipe with ingredients,land step by step procedure.

Ingredients
300gms of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
150 ml warm water
5 grams of salt
1 egg
Yeast dry 7 gm

For the filling

Ingredients
200 gm of chicken
2 table spoon of cornflour
1/2 salt
1 spoon of crush chilli
Black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Chopped green chillies
Soya sauce
Preparation of filling

Step :1

For filling by first I boiled the chicken pieces in water then sheared that ,take pan then adding oil , chopped onion ,ginger garlic paste and chicken chunks and fried them all then add chopped green chillies and spices in and at last add cornflour that dissolved in water,cooked all ingredients for 5 to minutes till good binding.Set a side for cool .

Step :2

YEAST FERMENTATION PROCESS

By first I add sugar in warm water then add yeast and one table spoon of all purpose flour and covered it for 5 to 10 minutes for yeast fermentation.

Step :3

Kneading dough

Take bowl add of flour and make a hole , adding the sugar, butter, egg, yeast and water and to knead.

I put it on the kitchen counter,sprinkle it and knead it for approximately 10 minutes until it feels very flexible and texture is very soft we form a ball, then covered with plastic wrapped and leaving it for 2 hours for the dough to grow and double its size.

After that the dough has risen. Sprinkle the flour and knead it lightly to remove any excess gas, now it's time to spread the dough from rolling pin.

Step :4

Now I placed the dough on counter and spreading it and cut it both edges on both sides with the help of knife as you see in images .

I filled the chicken filling in the middle of the bread then folded the strips one by one on both sides and made a web like shaped .You can see in gif how I did to wrapped the bread .

We place them on the greased tray and let them rest for 30 minutes or more risen.ow a days winter is going on so the weather the process will be slow as compared to summer.

At the end we put the chicken bread in tray and brush with the egg yolk, sugar and sesame seeds and baked in pre heated pen /oven until golden.

At the end I brushed the butter to give them even more shine and make them look more attractive.and tamping....

In my country we all meat lovers ,in Pakistan chicken, vegetables,mutton and beef filling very popular and we all love to make and bought from Market.

The best drink we all liked with filled salty bread is the one and only Strong milk tea .

If you had the opportunity to invite a foreign user to eat a stuffed bread, who would you choose and what bread would you invite them to? The user must be a foreigner and just tagging them will be fine. If you use a photo of them, remember to give them credit for the image

Well guys if I will get opportunity to invite friend for my chicken bread party one name is popping in my mind is the user she is very active and good baker as well ,very generous @lirvic .I hope she will accept my invitation ❤️❤️

Maybe you have heard of her—she was the CEO of Gavi, Special Assistant to Imran Khan, and also the Chairperson of the Ehsaas Program. A federal minister during Imran Khan's tenure, she is truly a powerful and inspiring lady.

With how you are definitely able to prepare this, I am so sure it will definitely taste nice. In fact I will confess that the end product already is making me to salivate that I really want to have a taste of it
