Do you believe that prevention is better than cure?

Yes i believe that prevention is better than cure and it is indeed often better than cure for many several reasons such as the reducing risks, preventing issues can be more cost effective than it's treatment, less damage and can Improve our health. Prevention can help you to avoid minimize damages. There are many serval ways of prevention such as, regular exercise, vaccinated, safety & prevention from accidents etc.


What kind of diseases or challenges in physical work can we face due to obesity.

Obesity is also one of the dangerous diseases in now days because it is an a cause of many diseases and due to this we face many health problems such as the pain in our joints, sickness and boday pain, difficult during breathing. It can also increase the risk of sleep apnea. Obesity can also increase our depression, anxiety and can a cause of many mental problems that's can damage our mantel health. There are many serval other disease that we can face due to obesity.


What kind of food should be adopted and avoided to avoid obesity?

It is a good for prevention to avoiding such foods who have much calories does such as the processed meat, dairy products such as butter, High sugar foods such as ice cream, fried foods such as fries, fish and others etc, Full fat products. We can also need to avoid from energy and sports drinks.

We have need to eat vegetables such as green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, fruits and berries, drink decarbonated drinks and also need to consume low fat foods such as fatty fish and milk. Eating low fat foods are most good for preventing from obesity and other diseases. So, i always recommend you to eat low fat foods.


What kind of sports or exercises can prevent obesity?

Well there are lot of normal exercise that may help you to reduce the risk of obesity. Otherwise you can take help from your physiotherapist. Jogging and running is most best exercises for reducing the risk of obesity. And the other activities such as playing physical games such as football, basketball, jumping and running etc. There are lot of easy exercises and normal activities can help us to preventing from obesity.
