✅Do you believe in self-confidence or not? Describe self-confidence in your own words.

Yes, I believe in self-confidence. According to me, self-confidence is having confidence in one's own abilities, virtues, and foresight. Self-confidence is an attempt to do any work in accordance with reality through the ability of the business. Confident people usually do not fail. They know that there will be obstacles, problems, and failures. They accept those hostile situations with a smile, break their resistance, and snatch victory. It is possible to overcome obstacles in the way of work only if you have confidence. If you don't have confidence, why can't you expect success in work? So I think it's a great quality and everyone should have it.

✅What is the difference between self-confidence and overconfidence and how should both be kept under control?

Confidence and overconfidence are not the same. There are several differences between the two. Now let's take a look at the differences between the two.
Confidence: -

• Self-belief is the perception by which a person has a realistic idea of his abilities.
• A confident person does not consider defeat as defeat but tries to find learning material from it.
• Confident people are full of foresight. They work with ideas about the positive and negative things that can happen in the future and think in advance about how to solve future problems.
• A confident person values himself as well as the work of others. As a result, A fraternal bond is created between the two.

Over Confidence: -

• Overconfident people tend to overestimate their knowledge capacity, underestimating the limitations of their thinking.
• Overconfident people often act without thinking and take extra risks, which often results in disaster.
• Overconfident people think they have the most knowledge. They don't take advice from anyone. They don't believe there is more to know than what they know.
• If there is a mistake due to overconfidence, he tries to put it on someone else's neck but does not agree to accept that the mistake is due to him.

• We need to strike a balance between overconfident and overconfident. For this, the things we can do are: -
• Realize the limitations of one's knowledge. Before doing any work, the advice of an expert on that work - should be given importance.
• Everyone's work should be respected.
• Work with a tolerant attitude.
• Failure must be considered a part of the job.
  In this way, we can bring a balance between the two.

✅Is there any task which was not possible for you but you completed it through self-confidence?

I have been working as a store executive in a steel mill for 10 years. I was not accepted easily here for some years. I was harassed in many ways. Today I am working here in a responsible post with honor.
I can say in light of my experience that I couldn't do the work that I am doing now. But I had confidence in myself, I supported them in all their work and success in my desired work. I did not consider their insults as insults. I didn't care about their neglect. I was stubborn in myself no matter how hard it was to build my strong position in the store. By the grace of God, I was able to strengthen my position in the store. And also, I was able to present myself as a competent worker.
