Contest: EduSkillDebate: The Power of Education and Skill

Greetings to you all my dear friends how are you all doing I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in a contest organize by @alfazmalek which is titled "EduSkillDebate: The Power of Education and Skill"

In my today's entry I will be sharing with you all the importance of education, can skills be more useful as compared to education and lastly the role education plays in shaping a person's future

_Some of the importance of formal education will be listed below _;

• Education helps in building in a person a sense of confidence and the boldness to be out spoken in public or among peers
• Education helps in building in a person a sense of good morals and the ability to be able to relate fluently with the people around as well as the society at large
• Education helps in building in a person a sense of self awareness
• Education offers a career opportunity with the degree that was obtained
• Education helps improve a person's communication skills
• Education helps in critical thinking and the ability to think outside the box due to exposure to high level knowledge

Now this is a very complicated question which makes me to be confused on which side I should stand for or which side I should support but let's just be truthful and straight.

Having a skill is very much useful in the real world most especially in a world where the unemployment rate keeps increasing instead of decreasing, having a skill sets you apart from others most especially if that skill isn't a common one.

But education like we all know the key to success will always remain the most useful, because it is the only medium where we acquire knowledge and this important skills, at the same time we also get to learn beyond the four walls of the class by acquiring some certain societal norms and values.

So to me formal education is the best in this aspect because it builds you up in all aspects of life, a person may be skillful but without education he or she won't even know what to carry the skill and do.

Education plays a very important role in shaping a person's future in ways beyond imagination, like I'd mention earlier that education feeds the mind with knowledge, and this covers almost all the possible known areas of life.

Education teaches morals and values alongside with skills which are used in earning a honest living in the future and taking care of ourselves and family members, education gives a person a purpose in life and serves as a guideline towards productivity.
