Friends, you all are very welcome to my post today. I hope you all are healthy and safe. Today I have brought my wonderful recipe in this beautiful competition. This is a new recipe which you all will definitely like. I would like to thank @jyoti-thelight mam for organizing this competition. Without wasting much time let's start today's recipe.
If all of you at home are fond of non-veg food, then definitely try this recipe. Today I am sharing with you Mutton Kofta recipe. This is a great dish that everyone will like. This is a recipe which we can prepare even in parties. These mutton koftas are made from minced meat. It looks very tasty to eat. It is prepared with gravy.

Mutton Keema | 250 grams |
Gram flour | 2 tsp |
Green chilly | as needed |
green coriander | as needed |
Onion | 3 |
Tomato | 2 |
Ginger-Garlic Paste | 2 tsp |
chili powder | 2 tsp |
turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
coriander powder | 3 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
spices | 2 tsp |
Fenugreek seeds | as needed |
lemon | as needed |
black pepper powder | 1 tsp |
Water | as needed |
Oil | as needed |
First of all, to make mutton kofta, we have to chop onion, tomato, green chili and green coriander. After that we have to wash the mutton keema thoroughly with water. We have to keep the mince in such a vessel from which all the water gets drained and the mince gets dried properly.
Now we have to add green chillies and green coriander in the mixer compartment. After that we have to add red chili, turmeric, salt, coriander, black pepper, spices and lemon juice to the minced meat.
After that we have to add gram flour. Then we have to add ginger-garlic paste and add oil and grind all the ingredients. We have to grind it till it becomes very soft.
Now we have to apply oil on our hands and make small koftas from the prepared mixture. After that we have to let it stay for a while. Then we have to fry the koftas in oil. After frying, we have to keep it aside. After that we have to grind onion and tomato and make a paste.
Now we have to pour oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to add tomato and onion paste. After that we have to add all the spices again and mix well and let it cook for some time. After that we have to put the kofta in this prepared masala.
We have to add some water in it so that everything gets cooked properly. When the water burns, turn off the gas. So friends, mutton kofta is ready here. We can eat it with hot chapatti.
