Friends, you all are very welcome to my post today. I hope you all will be healthy and happy. Today I am participating in this beautiful competition. Today I have shared my today's recipe in this competition. I would like to thank @jyoti-thelight for organizing this contest. Without wasting much time let's start this contest.
Today I have brought a recipe for you which all of you will like. Today I am telling you how to make Aloo Paratha. This is a popular dish. It is easy to make and tastes very tasty. We can eat this paratha anytime. But it is mostly eaten for breakfast. There are many ways to make potato paratha. It is made in different ways in every state. Today I am telling you my way of making potato paratha which you will like.

turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
coriander powder | 2 tsp |

Water | as needed |
First of all, to make potato paratha, we have to boil the potatoes in water. Once the potatoes are boiled, we have to leave them in cold water. After that we have to remove the peels from the potatoes and mash them. Then we have to add finely chopped onion.
Later we have chopped green chilies. Add green coriander, salt, red chili, turmeric and coriander.
After that we have to add chaat masala and kasoori methi. After adding all the spices, we have to mix all the spices well in the potatoes. Then we have to put it on the site.
Now we have to take wheat flour. For paratha, we have to knead the dough by adding some salt, water and some oil to it. We have to keep the dough soft so that our paratha becomes good.
After that we have to roll out the dough and make chapati. We have to add potato masala in it. After that we have to make another chapati and place it on it and roll it well. We have to roll it without giving much pressure.
Now we have to keep the pan on gas. Add some oil and let it heat. After that we have to slowly pick up the paratha and put it in the pan. If we feel that the paratha has been cooked from one side, then we have to turn it and apply oil on it and let it get cooked. We have to let the paratha get cooked properly from both the sides. So in this way, the Aloo Paratha is ready. We can eat this paratha with curd, chutney or sauce.
