Which is more convenient for you: online shopping or shopping in-store? Why?

Between online and in store shopping, the one I feel is more convenient for me is in store shopping. And this is due to so many reasons which includes;

There is immediate gratification: When you shop in a physical shop, you get the items you purchase immediately. You don't necessarily need to wait for your item to be delivered or waybilled.

Risk Reduction: Shopping in a physical shop gives you the opportunity to touch, feel, and see the kind of product you want to buy. You get to confirm the quality and texture of the product etc, reducing the risk of what you order vs. what you get.

Personal Interaction: Unlike the online shopping whereb you don't get the chance to interact physically with the sellers, in-store shopping gives you the privilege to interact heart to heart with the staff where they can give you better guidance, recommendations and advice on how to make proper use of the item you purchase.

Elimination of shipping logistics: In store shopping gives you the opportunity to carry your purchased items home with you immediately. Waybill cost, potential delays and shipping time is been eliminated.

Yes!
Online shopping offers better deals and discounts than in-store purchases. Why because,,,

• Comparison of prices across multiple retailers and websites in order to get insight on the price difference of the product you want to buy is very easy to do in terms of online shopping.

• In most cases,, online shopping doesn't include sales tax, though it depends on where the retailer is located at and depending on your shipping address as well.

• When it comes to running of sales and promotion of product,, online shopping are very good in doing that. And with this,, their customers get discounted for the products they are buying as a result of that sales and promotion.

• And lastly,, cashback and reward is greatly run by numerous online retailers. This act often provides more savings.

Which one provides better customer service: online stores or physical stores?

Both online and physical stores have their strength and weaknesses in terms of customer service. But in my own opinion, I think the physical stores provides better customer service than the online stores.

• Physical stores allows face to face interaction between the customers and the sellers which usually enhance personalized and better customer service.

• Conflict resolution is usually very easy and immediate. Issues regarding refunding or exchanging product to ensure customers satisfaction is done immediately in physical stores.

This and many more are the reasons why physical stores offers better customer service than the online stores.
