Greetings dearest steemians. It is my pleasure to be your co-contestant to the Steemit Engagement Challenge / S16/W5 titled: "If you had the opportunity to settle overseas, which three countries would you choose?

Steemit Engagements Challenge have been a wonderful initiative that afford us the opportunity to learn, interact, makes friends, widen our scope of understanding in various aspects, cache fun and above all gathered some steems, hence this will not be an exception.

If you had the opportunity to settle overseas, which three countries would you choose?

We humans are created with free will, the freedom of choices. As such, I will choose Canada, China and London if I had the opportunity to settle overseas.

Which First Country do you wish to migrate to, and how does its employment, rules and regulations, defence, and income benefit you?

Canada which is known and funlly called 'the land of opportunities' top my list of preffered countries to settle if I have the opportunity to choose. My choice of Canada is base on the benefit I will derive from certain factors such as employment, rules and regulations, defence, and income.

Employment: The recent Covid-19 pandemic that ravage countries around the world has actually affected Canada's employment of skilled workers. In view of the country's plan action to meet up with its shortage of skilled workers, I believe as a skill software specialist, getting employment will not be difficult, and the take home pay will be beneficial.

Rules and Regulations: I know that these are rules used to carry out the intent of statutes in Canada as enacted by the parliament. As a law abiding citizen in my own country, I intend to obey the laid down rules and regulations that Canadian have been following. And as such it will be beneficial to me.

Defense: Defense is one aspect that one cannot toy with wherever you happen to live. I stand to benefit from Canada defense because the country have enjoys the lowest crime rates and this is one of the reason why the quality of life in Canada is so great. The problem of Racism that often trigger violence don’t emerge in Canada because of the government policy.

Income: The World Population Review’s 2021 survey found Canada’s unemployment rate at just 6.5%, and this is less than the average unemployment rate. This affected income of employees in a positive, and I believe it will have a positive effect on my earnings.

Which second country do you wish to migrate to, and how do its employment, rules and regulations, defence, and income benefit you?

China is the second choice of country I wish to migrate to. China, the People Republic is the world's second-most populous country exceeding 1.4 billion. The country's rapid growth in science and technology triggered my choice.

Employment: Even though China has witnessed a drop in their employment rates in 2022, there have been a sharp swift on that in recent years. The service sector have really witness a boom in employment rate. The rate of rapid technological development in virtually all aspect has project China's employability in the limelight. So I intend to benefit greatly from their employment.

Rules and regulations: China have a set rules and regulations for almost all aspect. As a religious person who knows the ethics of obedient, I intend to give what belongs to the local their respect by not interfering with their beliefs customs. I am of the opinion that the laws will be of benefit to me in terms of my residence permit beyond the expected time, since I am law abiding.

Defence, and Income benefit: If there is any other things that China may play with, defence is given a special attention. No wonder their defense budget is rase to 7.2 per cent to Chinese Yuan (CNY) 1.66554 trillion, which equates to USD 231.4 billion. Putting these military intelligence in proper perspective means that the citizens can go to bed with all eyes close, hence, I will benefit from the defense of China.

As an employee in China, I will live within my income limit and cut off unnecessary expenses that might affect my income. When all the unnecessary aspects of life style is cut off, I believe I will benefit from my income.

Which third country do you wish to migrate to, and how do its employment, rules and regulations, defence, and income benefit you?

London is my third country of choice to migrate to if I have the opportunity. As an iconic country, London play host to rich history, vibrant culture, and world-class attractions. Giving attention to these aspect makes London my third choices of preferred migration country.

Employment: London is actually caring for the population that is witnessing tremendous increase in areas of finance and services. So seeking employment in these aspect will be beneficial for me as a youth with vibrant energy.

Rules and regulations: Most of the laws in UK cut across smoking, drinking, drugs abuse, weapons, taxes and the likes. Breaking those laws have their specific penalties attach to the laws. As a law abiding citizen in my country here, translate to the fact that I will readily abide with the London's rules and regulations in place and it will benefit me maximally

Defense: The defence industry of London is a leading-edge, high-technology sector that provides key military benefits to the nation’s security by way of ensuring a secure, assured and agile supply chain which have been developed and maintained over the long-term. When such a sector is in place, the teaming population has nothing to worry about. Almost all aspect of life have a robost security administration that appears difficult to brake. I will definitely benefit from this as an immigrants to this choice of destinations.

In the aspect of income benefit I will derive while staying in London, the country have specific policies in place that can benefit low income earners. So depending on the work I will do, there will be some benefit packages for me. Besides that, I intend to cut off unwanted lifestyle prevalent in UK, this will help me to have a reserve for myself.

From the above, irrespective of the fact that some countries looks like heaven while others looks like hell, from my choice country, I believe I have carefully choose where life expectancy is above average.
