Compliment of the season to everyone in diaspora, how are you all fairing in this yulitde season? I hope you are enjoying greatly with your family and loves one.
I'm glad to join this food diary game this week organized by @jyoti-thelight on weekly basis and I'm here to present the food that I cooked yesterday to show the steps I used in Preparing the food.
Step 1
Selecting the beans from bad or spoilt once to have a neat and wholesome meal , after selecting you wash it with water as shown below 👇👇
Step 2
After the beans as properly boiled, drain the initial water and add another fresh water and boil properly to completely soften
Step 3
Allow the beans to properly soft before frying it, here I used
• tomatoes
• Onion
• Fresh pepper
• Groundnut oil
• Maggi
• Salt
• Onga spice
Put empty pot on fire and allow it to dry before adding Groundnut oil , onion and tomatoes then stir it very well for about 5 minutes before pouring your softly boiled beans in and stir it, add the remaining ingredients mention above and allow it to cook for 5 minutes
Your delicious poridge beans is ready.
Lastly, peel your yam and wash it properly put it inside the pot add salt and cook it to soften

Beans contains protein which are body building that uses to heal and make new tissues such as bone, muscles,hair, skin and blood. It's needed in large quantity especially for growing children to promote growth and overall wellness. On the other hand, Yam contain carbohydrates that supplies energy to the body. Aside from the two classes which I mentioned, its contain others nutrients that makes the food a balanced diet. What time can this food be eaten
