I hope you are all well. This is my nominations for "The Steemit Awards 2024". In previous years, the users were selected in three categories for steemit awards: best author, best contributor, and best community. But this year it has changed. This year, users are to be selected under several different categories. The special thing is that the category called best community is gone this time.

Best Teacher

According to me, the person who is best suited for the best teacher is @kouba01. I came to know about him about two years ago when I started doing homework tasks at steemit crypto academy. There, he conducted some very useful lessons. I have also attended his lessons. A teacher is someone who teaches his students everything he knows without any hypocrisy. So I see that from kouba01 sir. Although his lessons seem complicated, when you actually read the article, you realize that they are not that complicated. I have learned a lot from his teachings.

He also presents the best lessons for Steemit Learning Challenges every week. Compared to other teachers, the grading system he uses and the comments he gives to students' homeworks are more useful. Because I have seen some people give the same comments and the same kind of reviews to students' posts when grading homework posts. But kouba01 sir does not give the same kind of comments to everyone. I have observed that he carefully examines the homework posts of students and gives specific comments to each of those posts.

No matter how busy he is, he fulfills his role as a teacher on the Steemit platform well. He also has good knowledge in various fields such as cryptocurrencies, blockchain, Java, etc.

Best Learner

When I go to participate in steemit learning challenges, I always see that @sualeha has participated in many of those lessons. And she has also achieved good grades in them. I have seen her various abilities before. She has participated not only in the steemit learning challenges but also the steemit engagement challenges that was held in the past. She has also received high votes from SC01 and SC02 for her quality content.

sualeha participates in various lessons such as cooking lessons, makeup, sewing, and fitness in the Steemit learning challenges. In addition, she also participates in other contests organized on the Steemit platform and wins.

A good student is one who writes homework posts according to the teacher's instructions and follows those rules correctly. So I see these qualities in sualeha.

Best Contest Creator

I propose @sduttaskitchen for the best contest maker award. She is an admin of the Incredible India community and is dedicated to developing her community. Why do I say that she is suitable for this best contest maker award? There is one main reason. I have seen many people organizing contests on this steemit platform. I am really happy to say that there is a very good collection of contests on the steemit platform. Among those contest makers, I see @sduttaskitchen as a special contest maker. She organizes very useful, quality and exemplary contests almost every week and advises users to follow simple rules so that every user can participate.

She uses the rules of the contests she organizes as the rules followed by the steemit team for steemit learning challenges. Therefore, everyone can participate in the contests without any obstacles. She also chooses the winners of the contest very impartially. She gives her personal steem as prizes to those winners. And those prizes are not small prizes. I have seen that many contest makers give booming votes as prizes for their contests. But @sduttaskitchen never uses booming votes as prizes in her contests. She gives her personal steem as prizes. So this is the main reason why I say @sduttaskitchen is the best contest maker. I hope the steemit team will take this into account more when choosing someone for these awards.

Best All Rounder

Best all rounder is someone who is talented in every aspect and showcases their skills in various fields. So I nominate @jyoti-thelight for this. She is truly an all rounder. Jyoti is a talented woman I met on this platform. I have worked with her on a curation team for a while. So I know very well about the talents she possesses. The reasons why Jyoti is suitable for this are,

• She looks after the community's activities as an admin
• Organizes contests in the community and acts as a contest maker
• Participates in steemit learning challenges almost every week and gets high grades
• Shows great artistic talent
• Participates in other contests on the steemit platform
•Fulfills her responsibilities as a Steem representative
•Collaborates with all users, publishes several different posts a day
• And is a very active user.

So for all these reasons, I nominate Jyoti-thelight for the best all-rounder award.
