Online Purchase vs In-Store Purchase
Good day all, in every passing day, our daily lives we get to shop for one thing or the other, different people have different method of shopping, either online or offline, I have my own preference and I will be sharing it here in this contest organized by @alfazmalek and I will indulge your audience for a bit.
Which Is More Convenient For You: Online Shopping Or Shopping In-Store Why?
Different people have different preferences when it comes to shopping, personally I prefer In-store shopping, I like doing things the traditional way though some times I do shop online but not as much as I shop offline.
Also, I like getting to see first hand of what I am buying not just ordering things from a store I know nothing about. We have been seeing a case of What I ordered Vs what I got.. So I prefer just seeing what I want to buy, feel it and taste it, I don't want to go through the stress of returning items and having to wait for more days before I will receive back my items, the stress is too much.
Do You Think Online Shopping Offers Better Deals And Discounts Than In-Store Purchases?
I do accept the fact that online shopping offers better deals and discounts that in-store shopping reason being that some online vendors do not pay for shop rent and sometimes they don't pay taxes as well unlike offline shop owners who pays all the utility bills, taxes and shop rents. No one would want to offer large discounts when there are bills to settle, more of why offline shop owners do not opt to big discounts sales.
Which One Provides Better Customer Service: Online Stores Or Physical Stores?

Physical stores offers the best customer service arguably to me. You can always get to meet them physically and get your doubts and issues cleared unlike the online store owners where you have to go through stressing procedures inorder to get your issues resolved.
Offline store owners gets to see the condition of the goods you bought from them and know how to give prompt customer services but for most online shop owners, one needs to write mails upon mails, and at some point, they might not even accept they sold such bad products to you and at the end one might end up wasting money.

POV: I preferred instore purchase but let me share the last experience i had with online purchase. I like to purchase through popular brands as they are reliable. But my last experience was so bad as till today I will never try it again. I made an order for my friend who wanted an MP3 speaker. Seeing that I have been ordering and been delivered confidently, he asked me to order for him. I did, we place the order and the worst part of it is that we paid in advance. Why? Because we wanted it to be immediately as fast as possible. Ordered confirmed..... waiting for the delivery.
One week ........ nothing
2 week........ no calls
3 week.......... We got the order. We're happy that they've finally released it not knowing that it all a lie
So sorry for such inconveniences my frie d, this is why I prefer offline shopping to online shopping, you are quite uncertain of the products you are buying, you don't even know if they will deliver after paying upfront. All these reasons gets me so scared of them.
I will choose offline shopping anyday and anytime.
