Greetings to all. Hope you all are well. Today I came to participate in this new season engagement contest. This community hosted excellent engagement contest is named Steemit Engagement Challenge / S19/W1 - "Power of communication skill". So here I shared my entry.

I agree with the saying "Communication skill is power". Because, communication skills play an important role in a person's professional and personal life.

• Clear and effective communication is very important in teamwork in the workplace. It increases team effectiveness and coordination. Good communication skills help build and maintain relationships between people. It promotes trust and understanding.

• Good communication skills help in conflict resolution and stress reduction. It creates the right compromise between people. Problems can be identified and resolved quickly through communication. It helps to understand the depth of the problem and find the right solution.

Example as a solution: There is a disagreement between two colleagues in an office. A skilled communicator is able to mediate, listen to both perspectives and find a solution. which satisfies both parties. This way it becomes easier to resolve any work conflict.

Examples of team projects at work: Suppose multiple members are working on a project. So for the project to be completed successfully there must be clear and effective communication between all. There will be a team leader who can properly direct and communicate. Then he will be able to lead the team to success.

Examples of leadership: A successful owner or manager can accurately communicate their company's goals to employees. They can inspire and motivate. As a result employees are encouraged and motivated to work hard. So it must be believed that communication skills are power.

• Active listening : It is very important to listen attentively during a conversation. One must have the ability to understand the feelings and perspectives of others by listening carefully to what they have to say.

• Regular practice : Regular practice is necessary to improve communication skills. For example, talk more with family, friends, and colleagues and get feedback from them.

• Use of Social Media and Digital Platforms : Learn to use social media and other digital platforms to communicate online. Because it is important to use clear and friendly language here.

• Ultimate Trustworthiness and Empathy : Express trustworthiness and empathy through your words and actions. It helps in developing relationships.
