Today, I will participate in a beautiful contest by @deepak94, brother of the Hindwhale Community. The name of the contest is Contest Alert 🔔 || The Joy of Togetherness. I hope everyone will like my writing.

Today, I will write something different to explain the Joy of Togetherness. We are connected by family ties as well as other ties. I am an electrical engineer. I am head of the electrical department of a company. I have to work in a team. I have developed a good bond with my electrical team. Today, I will share about bonding with people at my workplace.

The electrical team under me

I have worked in five companies since 2012 and have been working in the present company for five years. I have fifteen people on my electrical team. I don't just work with them; I take in their happiness and sadness. Each of my electricians gets very upset when I'm sick. I also stand by every electrician when I hear about his illness. I leave electricians and solve problems. I act as their guardian.

When we sometimes have electrical problems and work continuously day and night, we always find different ways to work with joy. I arrange for them to eat. I never let them know I am their boss. I work closely with them. I never pressure them with work, so their bond with me is very good.

I have adopted the electricians under me and worked there. I consider them my family members. Because I am by their side, the company's work is completed quickly and easily. I attend various events with electricians. Sometimes, we all organize meals together during work.

Our teamwork

I encourage electricians to work. I share my wisdom and knowledge with them. Sometimes, they can do things better than me. Sometimes, I point out mistakes in their work. I help them with knowledge even if I don't do physical work. A few other engineers have worked in my position before, but I always look at them differently than others. I have developed a good rapport with the electrical team.
