I'm very happy to participate in the 5th week of the steemit Engagement Challenge season 19 entitled why is gender equality necessary organized by the #hindwhale community.

I will share my viewpoint on this topic with 4 important questions.

What Does Gender Equality Entail, And What Are The Advantage?

Gender Equality entails of rights, responsibility and opportunity of individuals not depending on whether the are male or female, young or elderly, white or black.

Its has great advantage because it give everyone freedom to set and achieve life goals without the fear of discrimination, everyone are entitled to live in dignity safety and security.

is Gender Equality Crucial For all People Not Just Women?

My answer to this question is a yes because in some organization some people have been discriminated because of their physical look because of age. Some people see aged person as being unfit to anything. people also get discriminated based on skin color ETC.

What Are Your Thoughts on Gender Equality Specifically Concerning The Circumstances in Your Country?

As a Nigerian i can bolding say that gender equality is recognized and respected.
For example there some part in the world that dont regards women. Woman's decision is not important.
Women's dont have freedom to anything.
But in my country Nigeria we have women in different sectors women has the same potentials as men even in the global scale e.g our dear queen Elizabeth of England who ruled successful for years. Other women numerous to mention also govern our dear country successfully. I see gender equality as a right to all individuals.

How to Educate our Children on This Issue?

The say maturity begins at home also practice made perfect as a parent be your children's model. Let them see life reflection from you. How about husband and wife sharing equitably in the family care related work involving household chores looking after other family members and still maintaining their independent livelihood.

Conclusion
Gender Equality is necessary and every living being is entitled to it.
