The Diary Game || 15- 06-2024 || A Tour With Steemians And Non-steemian To Smacked Down Fitness Club At West Itam

Dear diary.

In my last visit to your page, I emphasize about my hectic day at work and attending Christian meeting; today it's a different story, I'll tell you about A tour with steemians and non steemian to Smacked Down Fitness Club at West Itam. At the end of the post, I'll share a photo gallery of the special moments we had at the camp.

In a stormy sky when the cloud was still battling to shine, a voice of a cock came to my ear and i raised from my bed. It was as early as 5 o'clock AM when I began my preparation ahead of a tour to West Itam camp. Soon the clock was fast to tick and the day was revealed, @alli001 came and we both began the adventure.

Despite the early preparation, we were still running late due to unforseen circumstances but we made it the take off point anyway. Before getting there, our wonderful coach which happened to be @ngoenyi, a mother who cares about kids and parents; @mesola, a committed moderator and a recently appointed curator along with others steemians and non steemian were present.

Our drivers who were our team member were so kind to show up with their car and it was our mean of transformation. The journey began immediately 6:40 AM, we spent almost 30 minutes in the road, i believe that was the normal fast drive because the roadside was cleared. I was happy because we didn't encounter any negative results, the drive was safely until we reached our destination.

As we step foot in the field, I brought out my Camara to capture the landscape and the facilities around the camp. Footballers were training in the open wide pitch while the sun and viewers were entertaining themselves watching the fun. Actually I love what I saw because everyone were in action.

Since we weren't there for football, we head up the our main goal which was a visit to the Smack Down Fitness Club. As the picture shows, the work on several services such as muscle building, aerobics and more. In no time we join them and venture in the business...I mean we took our position and work out with them as a team, starting with.

THE STEP BOARD CLIMB.

Here come the Step Board Jump. As seen in the picture already from the side view and the front view. This program was to exercise the lower body "the legs" by climbing the step board and stretching our knees on top the step board. My coach call it lots of leg because it strengthen the muscle.

You know our legs is very important part of our body as it carries the weight of our upper body, it makes a whole lot of sense to exercise our legs, improve our muscle by making them stronger. the step board climb was one workout for the legs and I enjoyed it.

Side crunch.

Side crunch was the next program onboard, in a thick board, the whole team kneel with one hand in the board, one leg stretch and one knee in the ground, then touch our legs with our hand. We continue the program holistically until the the tharbatha song ended.

The aim of this program was to workout the waist, twist it out and work the arm. After the program, I felt some pains in my waist and the one hand in the board hatching because it carried the body weight.

The next program followed was plank. I captured @fifapresido laying down with his elbows in the board. The command was to remain still until the thatbata song ended.

I'll always reminds you about the important of aerobics.

"Our body needs to be exercise in others to help blood circulation, burn out fat and improve our health care. There's more in exercising ourselves, we protect ourselves from incurable disease when working out daily, maybe we won't cure these diseases entirely but working out daily secure a longer lifespan by fighting these diseases."

After the whole program came to an end, the rest was fun throughout our existence. Our departure was fast to approach since we all had others things to handle. Our drivers took us straight to our camp, we entertained ourselves with different drinks of our choices, I took champ Malta as always. After the entertainment, we all returned to our different destinations.
