Application for Steemit Engagement Challenge - Season 13

Dear Friends and dear members ,
I am Jyoti from India one of the admin, I would like to apply for "Steemit Engagement Challenge- Season 13"on behalf of #hindwhale community's admins, moderators, and members.

We are excited to participate in the 13th season of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Eleven months after the start of our community, it has continued to operate and expand in extraordinary ways. We have already participated and twice successfully hosted the competitions. Therefore, we are confident that we can successfully host this event using our experience as administrators and moderators.

The purpose of the community.

As all we know the entire procedure can be frightening to a new user of Steemit, who frequently doesn't know where to start and how to use the system. So we decided to start a community to support beginners. Each new member receives the direction and assistance they require from HindWhale, and the community team supports them along the way.

The #hindwhale community was established as a GENERAL PURPOSE COMMUNITY with the intention of assisting, educating about Steemit, and offering support to all Steemit users who wish to flourish and enhance their Steemit accounts.

The following describe our missions and Visions :

Mission:

Our mission is to help every new member who joins Steemit, we support them when they join our community and try to guide them with motivation and appropriate help because we already have experienced person to guide newbies when they join.

Vision:

Everyone should choose Steam Blockchain as their first choice for all their social networking needs. Everyone who joins Steemit will live a better life than before, we promise.

Brief history of our community.

According to make larger audience the #hindwhale community developed as a global community for members. We've always wished for people to conduct themselves ethically in their work. All of the members of our team are reliable, and we follow by all Steemit rules. That is why we have been selected as the best community for 2023 and for Booming support twice, as Tier 3 communities and now as 1 Tier communities, we are over a year into our transformation into a successful community.

More over we have been chosen two times for Steemit Engagement Challenge in this past 11 months. And we think we meet all the requirements listed by the Steemit team to run the Season 13 Steemit Engagement Challenge as follows:

• For more than three months, our community has been active.

• Our community have at least 80+ active posters.

• Our community account has 3,872.322 SP of its own, and 30,402.36 SP in total, including delegations.

• Our community has not have any compulsory votes policy such as delegation or beneficiary.

• All our Admins and Moderators are currently active, have a Reputation of more than 67, not be powering down.

• All our Admins and Moderators have at least #club75 status, and not be using any bid bots or delegation for votes service.

• We two admins hold ALL the keys for the community account.

• Our community accounts uses more than 75% of earnings to build up the Steem Power rest of all use for contest rewards.

Note: Up to this point, each administrator and moderator has continued to be involved in the community and has active so in some way such as making posts comments, organizing and participating contests, reviewing posts .

Our community's official curation account is @hindwhale. We two administrators @deepak94 and @jyoti-thelight now have access to the private active and private posting keys for the main community curation account. To perform responsibilities involving curation, post, and comment creation, each moderator has access to the posting key.

Details of the community’s current policy for checking and commenting on posts

Our community carefully adheres to the Steemit guidelines to avoid misuse and plagiarism while also supporting those who create good articles by giving them encouragement on a regular basis. Furthermore, instruct our moderators in how to guide the community towards being plagiarism-free.

Accordingly, we use tools like smallseotools to check for plagiarism, ZERO GPT & GPT-2 to check for AI content, and to chesk clubs we use tools like steemcryptic and steemtools.

In addition, we have trained our moderators and made sure they are aware of our policy, which is outlined below.

Details of how the community helps members improve the quality of their posts.

Our community posts are reviewed by seven MODs each day, seven days a week. New joiners make some mistakes and if they do so our team gives them proper advice and corrects them.

In order to keep the environment clean, we take care of each and every one of our members. We periodically help consumers by answering their questions and resolving their problems using Google Meet, Telegram, and Discord. Because of this, we included our discord, twitter, Instagram and telegram link in all of our official postings and advertisements so that anyone can contact us via the disclaimed link.

Apart from this we conduct weekly powerup contest in our community through which our members can learn powerup tutorial and also increase their Steem Power and give good benefit to our Steemit platform. So far around 8.5 K Steems have been converted to Steem Power through these contests.

Reasons why our community should be selected for the Challenge.

We have substantial experience because we successfully hosted two seasons of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. We are appreciative of the Steemit team's assistance with the community of #hindwhale and excited about the chance to grow into one of the top Steemit communities.

Our moderators have worked tirelessly alongside us without earning anything in exchange besides the upvotes they receive for their posts since we began operating successfully on Steemit 10 months ago. If given the chance, we hope that it will help our moderators, members, and boost our community's reputation.

To develop our community and enhance the environment for all, we put a lot of effort into putting excellent ideas and projects into action. We can accomplish more if we have the opportunity to plan this season, which is beneficial to us.

Conclusion.

We pledge to cooperate with one another to ensure the success of this season if given the opportunity to host it. We're hoping the Steemit team will review our application and choose to accept it. Our application for SEC 13 is anticipated to be approved by the steemit team. Finally, on behalf of the entire community, we would want to convey our gratitude.
