Morning Breakfast
I got up early as usual, just like every day. I woke up and brushed my teeth. Then I drank a glass of water on an empty stomach like every day. Your health should drink water when you're empty. Getting up early in the morning is a beneficial routine. If you wake up early, lethargy can't overwhelm the body and mind. Then I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. For breakfast, I made boiled flour bread, boiled eggs, semolina prepared in milk, and potatoes. In the morning, the son went to school after having a light breakfast. Then I also left for school after having breakfast.
Orange Fruit
Make it a habit to eat fruits in your daily diet. The various nutrients that are present in fruits have a significant impact on our overall health. This keeps us busy and in good health.
Lunch
I got fresh from school and went to the kitchen to cook lunch. Today at noon I will cook my favorite Pabda fish. I am sharing the recipe for cooking Pabda fish with you. Ingredients for cooking Pabda Fish:
Pabda fish 300 grams
Chopped onion 4-5
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 spoon
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Step 1:
I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil. In the hot oil, I fried the chopped onions until light brown.
2nd Step:
I added ginger paste, and garlic paste to onion. Then stir it with a spoon and fry it.
3rd Step:
Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Next, dry-grind the spices with a little salt and water
Step 4:
I thoroughly ground the spices and then added them to the cleaned and washed Pabda fish.
5th Step:
Grind the fish with spices and add two cups of water to the broth. Then cook for five minutes.
6th step:
When the fish broth becomes thick, add chopped coriander leaves and green chilies. A nice aroma of chopped coriander leaves and green chilies will come out. Once the flame is out, serve.
End Step:
Vegetables with Prawns
Eat more vegetables this summer. Vegetables are very tasty with hot rice. Today I cooked prawns and fish with potatoes. If you cook vegetables in this way, you can eat a plate of rice in no time.
Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
Stir well the chicken nur soup mix in normal temperature water.
I put it in the oven to cook the soup. After the soup mix was boiled, I beat an egg. I slowly mixed the beaten egg with the mixture. After then, turn down the stove's heat and continue to stir.
After cooking, I will serve hot Nor soup. I added a cayenne pepper for a nice aroma.
At Evening
A cup of tea in the evening makes the body fresh and lively after a busy day.
Conclusion
I try to cook nutritious meals in my daily diet. Arrange moderate meals for all my family. My day was full of a variety of meals. Everyone will be fine. Allah is Hafez.
