Greetings and congratulations to the admins, moderators, and all user friends in the Hindwhale community. Today I hosted a contest organized by @jyoti-thelight mam in Hindwhale community. Of all the meals of the day, breakfast holds great significance. There is no substitute for a hearty breakfast to start the day on a bright note. I got up at a fairly early hour of the day. I freshened and went to prepare breakfast in the kitchen. Elder son's exams are going on so I cooked quick khichuri for breakfast. Savory aloo bharta pairs wonderfully with hot khichuri. If you want to have a healthy diet, you have to have a delicious and healthy breakfast in the morning. A suitable dish for this is Khichuri.

After breakfast, I learned that some guests from my father-in-law's house would come to my house. So, without delay, I prepared everything for cooking lunch. Then, I went to the kitchen to cook for the guests. When hosting visitors at your house, food is a must. The lunch menu consists of different positions of cooking for entertaining guests. It includes beef and chicken.

Pitha-puli has been playing an important role in Bengali folk history and tradition since ancient times. Pitha-puli festival plays a special role in making the bonds of relatives and mutual relations stronger and stronger. I made some pakuan pithas this afternoon. Rice flour, sugar, and oil are needed to make these pithas. The name of this cake varies from place to place.

Palm ripening is hot in Vadra month. And the aroma of ripe palm fills the surroundings. Everyone is busy preparing various foods made of dal in Bhadra month for food lovers Bengali rasana luxury even in hot summer. Various flavors of rasal pada are made with taal. Cooked my favorite Pabda fish broth for dinner. Bengali's first choice is rice and fish. A piece of fish and fish broth with hot rice means a full plate of rice in no time. For this reason, we call them Bengali fish and rice. I cook fish with coriander leaves. I like the aroma of coriander leaves very much. My favorite Pabda fish broth recipe was very tasty. Everyone in the house enjoyed and appreciated it very much.

We get all kinds of nutrients by consuming different types of food from each type of food. About half of our daily food should be vegetables and fruits. Eat less oil and fatty foods. Along with this, drink a sufficient amount of safe water.
