Breakfast
Now the atmosphere of winter is flowing in nature. Whether it is cold or hot, the day of housewives starts very early in the morning. After waking up, freshening up, and finishing the morning prayers, I went to the kitchen. I have to send my two sons to school, so I have to organize breakfast. No one in my family likes to eat heavy food in the morning.
So I usually prepare bread, ginger tea, boiled eggs, mixed vegetables, etc. for breakfast. Like other days, today's breakfast I prepared bread, vegetables, boiled eggs, ginger tea, bananas, and my son's favorite black jam dessert. After breakfast, I sent my sons to school. After sending the children to school, I went to the balcony of my house.
I planted some of my favorite flowers and trees on the balcony to water them. After watering the trees, I had a light breakfast and left for my son's school. After school, I went to the fish market with my son. I bought different types of fish from the fish market. Then I bought some fresh vegetables and my son and I left for home.
Lunch
After returning home, I freshened up my son and gave him a light meal. Then I cleaned the fish and kept it aside for lunch and kept the rest in the refrigerator. I cooked sweet pumpkin with my favorite vegetable on my balcony in the afternoon. I cooked delicious pumpkin pills with fish. Pumpkin pills are a popular winter dish that I like very much. I also cooked fried vegetables and shrimp and fish curry. After cooking for lunch, I took a bath, prayed for Zuhr, and ate together at the dining table with my family.
Afternoon Snack
After lunch, I rested for a while. After waking up in the afternoon, I prayed Asr. After praying Asr, my sons asked for some light breakfast. So I went to the kitchen and quickly cooked broth noodles for my sons for their afternoon snack. Noodles can be cooked in a very short time and are a favorite food of everyone. Noodles satisfy hunger very quickly and improve mood.
I brought some bean sprouts from the market and fried them and gave them to my children. I also like eating bean sprouts very much. I made a cup of milk tea for myself and ate a small amount of cake. A cup of hot tea in the afternoon rejuvenates the body and mind and ends the fatigue of the whole day.
Dinner
After Maghrib prayers, I helped my sons complete their homework. By nine o'clock, I finished my studies and arranged dinner for the boys. For dinner, I had chicken biryani with tomato and cucumber salad. Everyone in my house likes to eat biryani. After dinner, I watched TV with my sons for some time. Then I got ready for bed. I have to wake up early in the morning, so I try to sleep very quickly.
There is no alternative to healthy food to stay healthy. Therefore, to stay healthy, we must include necessary nutritious foods in our daily diet. Moderate food helps us to stay healthy.
