Embracing the Simple Moments: Harvesting with Family and Unwinding with Friends
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
As per my usual routine, I woke up early this morning without any alarm, as my eyes open naturally at the time of the morning call to prayer. After performing ablution, I went to the mosque for prayers. Praying in the morning brings peace and joy, and it is believed that whatever is asked for in the morning is granted. After finishing my prayers and getting ready to leave the mosque, I decided to go for a walk instead of returning home. Walking is part of my daily routine, and it helps maintain my health, keeping it balanced. I want to keep myself away from common illnesses these days. My village, which is incredibly beautiful and purely natural, adds an extra benefit to walking here. The fresh morning air revitalises not only my body but also my mind and soul.
After completing my morning walk, I returned straight home and sat down to have breakfast with my mom and dad. I always have breakfast with them, as it’s something that truly brings me joy. Seeing my parents’ smiling faces early in the morning is a special blessing, and it’s something I never want to be apart from.
Today was a holiday for me from the office, so I stayed home and didn’t feel like going anywhere. Despite this, my family sent me with some food to a field where a pruner was trimming branches in the apple orchards. Since snowfall is expected, and here in Kashmir, the snowfall can be intense, this pruning is crucial to protect the trees and prevent future damage. We hired a skilled worker for this task, someone who knows it well. My family assigned me the job of carrying tea and other food to him, so I had to go even though I didn’t feel like it. But as soon as I moved forward and felt the atmosphere there, I actually enjoyed it.
As soon as I reached home in the afternoon, my mom asked me to make a chutney that is special to Kashmir and commonly prepared in this season. It includes radish, onion, chili, walnut, and salt ground together. This chutney is not only beautiful but also very delicious, and I am somewhat of a specialist at making it, which is why I am often given the task.
In the evening, I helped my mother with the tomato harvest. I always like to assist her because she constantly works hard. Later, I met up with my friends, as I usually do, and spent about an hour chatting and catching up with them. We shared the day’s events and updates with each other. I ended up having dinner a bit late and then i went to bed.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
