I believe, prevention is better than cure, because it keeps problems under control before they arise. Preventive measures to avoid disease or challenge at the beginning have lower cost and better long-term health outcomes.

Obesity can cause various challenges during physical activity, such as:

1.Joint pain: Knees, hips, and legs can be painful due to excess weight.

2.Dyspnea: Being overweight puts stress on the cardiovascular system.

3.Diabetes and high blood pressure: Obesity increases the risk of this disease, which makes exercise difficult.

4.Risk of heart disease: Excess fat blocks the blood flow.

5.Back Pain: Pain occurs when the spine bears excess pressure
