Steemit Engagement Challenge S13/W4- “What was your favorite subject in high school?"
One of the challenges that attracts attention concerns favorite subjects in high school. Going back to before I became an athlete, biology lessons at school were one of my favorite subjects. I like things when teachers explain the anatomy of the human body, how the circulatory system, digestive system or how muscles work to create balance.
Tell us how your favorite subject made learning effortless for you.
Good public speaking and grammar that is presented in depth makes it easier for us to understand the discussion presented. Equipped with practical tools that are brought to class, it is easier for us to understand the shape of the human bones and skeleton, the respiratory system, air that enters through the nose to the lungs. His hands are so skilled at practicing how it works. Some of our friends made us laugh with silly questions, but the big smile from a female teacher was enough to make us speechless.
Did you always manage to get good marks in your favorite subject, or did you face any hardship at any particular time?
I have had several difficulties, especially when the teacher explained about viruses, small germs that have several types, some are even harmful and some are beneficial. Even viruses that are beneficial can create vaccines and those that are harmful can cause humans, animals and even plants to become infected with disease. Some things can be understood easily and at certain moments it makes things difficult for me.
Are there any other subjects that you like too?
Sports or better known as PENJASKES in our middle school is what actually made me become a football athlete. I quickly understood the passing techniques in football and it became one of the mainstays of the school to take part in inter-school tournaments at that time. In fact, I still continued after finishing high school and entering a football academy.
Do you help your children or siblings in their favorite subjects?
I am the person who most supports my brother in pursuing his hobby, because maybe something done with love will have a positive effect on his life, my brother loves football and is now someone who is very reliable in his team. I supported him and at some point I helped carry his equipment to the match.
Finally, is there any role of your favorite subject in your present-day life?
Of course it plays a big role, being a football athlete has taught me a lot about talent, someone has to explore and find that talent to show off. That is the foundation for me now who has become an educator in one of the schools in my city. PENJASKES (Physical and Health Education) teacher. Someone who was interested in biology in high school jumped into football and became a reliable athlete in high school and is now a PE teacher in high school, for me it has a natural attachment.

Biology lessons are sometimes fun, but I experienced a lot of difficulties, especially when the teacher asked me to practice experiments that had been theorized.
