Greetings to all wonderful members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog. Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called food diary game. I consumed the below meals today being 7/11/2024 and captured so as to share the dairy game with you friends.

BREAKFAST

I woke up very late this morning and rushly prepared to catch up with my child school and my work. Normally, I should be up form bed by 5:00am but today I overslept till 6:02am.

Since I was late already, I decided to prepare sometimes very simple, fast but delicious. Here is when multitasking comes in. I boiled yam and eggs in the same pot while tidying up few places in the house after then we took a bath. Within which time, the yam and on cooker egg is done. I refrigerated my beef tomatoes sauce.

Breakfast

That is how we arrive at this yummy delicious breakfast within a short time without being late to school and my work.

We all know that this is a balance meal. Yam is carbohydrates while eggs is protein, my sauce ingredients covered the other four nutrients making the meals a healthy one.

MID DAY

Returning home from work, I was exhausted and soak with hunger, I decided to start with the available snack at home to gain strength before preparing afternoon meals.

Snacks

I consumed the above to my satisfaction. What you are seeing here is groundnut, milkvite biscuits and a glass of hollandia yogurts.
Snack something we all use to controls hunger for a short while.

AFTERNOON

After all my house chores activity, my afternoon meal was unripe banana porridge that I prepared on Monday and save in the fridge. I was craving for something strenghtneous and I was tired already, I removed it just for warming.
This meal is one of my child's favourite. I used unripe banana, goat meat (brisket bones), seasoning cubes, salt, periwinkle, pepper, crayfish, onion and scent leaf as ingredients which made it a balance meal.

Yummy lunch

Unripe banana porridge is low in calories but highly nutritious. It is a good source of vitamins like C and B6 plus potassium and fibres as well. The Food is made of pureed or grated unripe bananas and veggies.

Unripe banana is so delicious and health. It becomes an ideal food given to weaning babies and young maidens who are confined in the fattening rooms after delivery and can also be consumed by anyone.

EVENING

In the evening, my husband got us two kinds of fruit,it was (watermelon and pawpaw). I was extremely delighted to see it. Taking fruit at least once a day improve human health and well being. Pawpaw and watermelon are essential fruit that helps in proper digestion of food and promote good sleep.
