Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well and writing your posts on Steemit. So, let's start with my diary, which will cover my entire trip, and I will enjoy writing about each day one by one.

It's been almost a week since I wrote a post because last week, I went to Kerala with all my friends to spend the long weekend on a holiday.

So, my trip began last Friday, 9th August. On that day, I finished all my work at the office and discussed with my friends when and where we would meet at night so that we could reach the railway station together and on time. We made the entire plan, and then, after preparing food for the journey and having dinner, three of my office friends came to my place. I welcomed them to my home and asked if they wanted some water, and I also confirmed if they had already had dinner. They said they had, so I quickly finished my dinner, and then completed the remaining packing.

When my friends arrived at my place, I was surprised to see that their bags were so large, while I had only taken a small one. Jokingly, I asked them what they had packed in their bags. They replied, "Girls have more stuff; you wouldn't understand." I said, "Alright, but during the trip, make sure you carry your own luggage." They started laughing at me. We all sat together for a while, shared some laughs, and then I finished my packing.

I completed my packing in an hour, and they were all confused, telling me that they had been packing for the past week, while I was done in just one hour. They started laughing again, and I responded, "We guys don't need to think too much."

Now that my packing was complete, we just needed to book a cab to go to Ahmedabad station. So, I booked a cab, and the driver arrived within 10 minutes. We loaded our luggage into the cab, but realized there wasn’t enough space for four people because there was too much luggage. So, only three of us got into the cab, and my friend Ajay gave me a ride to the station on my bike. Ajay wasn't coming with us on this trip, but he was happy that we all were going.

We all arrived at the station to start our Day 1. Our train was scheduled for 3 AM, and we reached platform number 6 by 2 AM, waiting for the other two friends to arrive. After a short while, they also arrived with their luggage from home, and we spent some time chatting at the station. Before we knew it, our train had arrived at the station. Since it was late at night, we arranged all our luggage under the seats and went to sleep in our respective seats.

We had to travel from Ahmedabad to Kochi, which was a 33-hour train journey. This journey was going to be a lot of fun. In the morning, we had breakfast and then spent some time chatting with each other. Later, we all sat together and played some games like Dumb Charades and Movie Charades.

After that, we played a few rounds of UNO, and before we knew it, it was already 3 o'clock. We had lunch together in the afternoon, and after resting for a while, we looked outside the train.

We had reached the Coromandel Coast, and the nature there was incredibly beautiful and lush green. Without wasting any time, we took some photos and made a few videos.

We stopped at a few stations and clicked some photos, then sat together, chatting away, which was really interesting. As night began to fall, we wrapped up our group discussions and went to sleep in our respective seats.

With this, my Day 1 journey on the train came to an end, and we eagerly awaited the next day, excited for our station to arrive.
