Which is more convenient for you: online shopping or shopping in-store? Why?

Online shopping and in-store shopping are completely different, because if I like a product online, I have to buy it, the second one cannot be bought immediately. If not like return it otherwise I have to buy it. I've bought products online a few times, and I'm not satisfied. It was not what I wanted. When you see a product online it seems very beautiful but in reality, it is not so beautiful or up to standard. But there are some companies that have their online products right. But there are many companies whose products online and physical are not the same. So, I don't like online shopping. The advantages and disadvantages of online shopping and in-store shopping are: When ordering a product online, it may not be available on time and if the product is not to your liking, it is not possible to make an immediate change. By going to the store and shopping, you can buy the products you want and the price is also cheaper.

Do you think online shopping offers better deals and discounts than in-store purchases?

I think there are more discounts online than in store shopping. The products which are discounted more are not of good quality, so they are discounted. In-store discounts on products are minimal. The reason for giving more discounts on products online. Those who sell products online have lower costs and higher profits. So sometimes products are discounted. Online discounts on products are higher, but in-store shopping offers discounts and better deals. This is my actual experience. However, most store products are sold at fixed prices. I went to the market with my friend a week ago, all the shops have fixed prices. No bargaining can be done. But the product quality was also good.

Which one provides better customer service: online stores or physical stores?

Physical stores definitely provide better service. Because if I buy something online, whether I like the product or not, I don't talk to the people in the store or the company. Although giving opportunity to talk, but not good service, he will tell me to return the product, I will change you. Instantly solves this type of problem. But many customers don't like this kind of service, like I don't like this kind of service. So, in my opinion better service is available in store than online shopping. Sometimes good entertainment is done.
