IN THE MORNING: AT HOME BEFORE GOING TO WORK

Wow! the sun peeked through the curtains, this woke me up to a bright and promising morning. Then I began my day with a heartfelt morning devotion, expressing gratitude for life and seeking strength for the tasks ahead of the new week. I hurried with the house chores still feeling energized, I headed to the kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast of noodles with vegetables, hmmm! Really yummy 🥰 After savoring my meal, I dressed smartly for work, ready to embrace the first workday of the new year with a smile.

IN THE MORNING: AT THE OFFICE

At the office, the air was filled with cheer as colleagues exchanged pleasantries and new year greetings. Laughter and warm wishes with hugs and hand shakes, yea! this made the atmosphere lively, setting a positive tone for the day. Thereafter, I proceeded to my duty post, eager to attend to the day's consults. My schedule was packed with reviewing old patients and counseling new ones, each case requiring focus and care. I felt a sense of purpose as I tailored nutritional advice, charted progress, and saw the signs of recovery in my patients. Their improvement was a source of deep fulfillment, affirming the impact of my work.

IN THE AFTERNOON: DURING LUNCH BREAK

During my lunch break; after having my lunch, I visited the tailoring department to pick up clothes I had dropped off earlier with the fashion designer. The impeccable stitching brought a smile to my face. As the clock struck the end of my shift, I felt a wave of exhaustion, but it was a satisfying kind earned through meaningful labor. Heading home, my heart was light with joy, knowing my patients were improving.

Apparently, my day ended on a relaxing note. A refreshing shower washed away the day's fatigue, and a hearty dinner of my favorite delicacy "Ekpang" provided comfort. I spent the evening resting and reflecting on the day’s blessings before drifting to sleep, grateful for the joy and fulfillment it had brought. It truly was a happy day.
