If we look at Pakistan, most people shop in-store, and if we look at foreign countries, most people shop online, but I give the most preference to in-store shopping because when we visit any shop, if we want to buy something there, we can check it live, see its quality, its price, etc. We can see it all live, and we can interact with our sellers. We get to know every benefit and every disadvantage from it, so I give it more preference.
On an online store, we can see the item but we cannot judge its quality by holding it. We just depend on the seller who has written about the item in the description. We have to believe it. Or, most people leave their reviews under the item. We look at these reviews. Some people are giving good reviews, some people are giving bad reviews. In this way, we do not get a better idea of the item. That is why I prefer in-store shopping.
Let me add one thing we don't need to get bad things in all the things that we shop for online. There are many things that we get very perfectly and we can never get such things even during in-store shopping. Many brands promote their online and in-store and their quality is excellent on both sides. As they say, we get the same thing. Therefore, if we want to shop online, we should avoid those stores that are fake and fool the public.
I would like to answer this question through one of my live practicals. I have a Timo application that has just been launched in Pakistan. There I ordered a jacket for my father. The jacket looked very beautiful. Its price was 3600 rupees. Although they had given a discount, the actual price was 12 thousand rupees. But in the discount, we got the item for 3600 rupees. And the jacket was delivered to me in about 15 days. But when I received the delivery and opened it, the item was only about 150 rupees. Its quality was so bad that it was not like the picture.

Whenever we visit an online shopping center, we see a lot of discounts there. Those discounts are often fake, they fool the public because they show this discount, but in reality, when we order it, its price increases. Either they add its color difference or they add delivery charges. If you are being shown the price of this item at Rs. 100, when you order it, they deduct about Rs. 500 from your wallet, in which they add the difference of delivery and color changing.
It seems that all online stores give more discounts, but their quality is not the best, and those who shop in-store have to give less discount, but they have to rely entirely on their quality. As they have said, we get the same thing, and the biggest benefit is that we can go and physically check the item to see how good its quality is. Therefore, I would prefer you to avoid online discounts and be more attracted to the in-store discount, which is less discounted, so that you get a durable and strong item.
If you look at it, both try to improve their services. In-stores also provide good service and online shoppers try to provide good service. But the difference is that in the in-store, we go there and see the thing ourselves, which is what we depend on the most. Those who are online also provide good service. Every task is completed, but where they suffer is in its quality. If their quality is not the best, they will not be able to prove their service is the best.
As I give you an example, I once ordered earbuds on the shelf. They delivered them to me in the days they said they would take. They deducted the same price from my wallet. But when the delivery reached me, one side of the earbuds was working and the other side was not. This is how we are proving their service is better, but they have not proven their quality, so I do not give them much preference.
Similarly, I bought a hands-free which I bought from a shop. There they gave me a good service. They told me about its quality, its price, and its benefits. Okay, they told me about its timing, but I was still satisfied myself with it. I connected it to my mobile, checked it, called it, and checked it on social media. The quality of it on both sides was excellent and the voice was clear. So this proved that we cannot check whatever we order online, but we can check whatever we buy physically. That is why I prefer in-store shopping.
