Contest Street food photography and review competition || Sate with the taste of the typical spices
Hello, good evening, friends... how are you all, friends.. I hope that all of you are given health and smoothness in carrying out their activities....
On this occasion tonight I tried to take part in a contest held by @art-bangladesh in the #AROUNDTHEWORLD 🌍 community about street food, I think this is a very big opportunity, because with this contest I can introduce food from my country, namely Sate which is a My favorite food may also be the favorite food for all Indonesian people. And I'd better introduce directly about the enjoyment of satay and introduce the specialties of my country.
Sate is my favorite food, and I also eat my nephew's paforit, because the taste of the spices in the seasoning feels on the tongue and is quite suitable for me, in my area satay starts selling from 5 pm to 02 pm. and we can meet satay traders along the road or in shophouses. while my paforit satay is not far from my house.. because it feels right that's why I chose the seller to be my customer.
The satay traders usually sell their wares on carts and parked on the side of the road, from the photo we can see the arrangement of the satays at the top there is satay with chicken satay and meat satay, the satay mixture uses rice cake boiled with banana leaves
Sate is meat that is skewered with a bamboo stick, the satays have been coated with their special spices, so the satay before serving is burned so that the spices and meat are half cooked and tasty, as in the photo above.
The cauldron of satay spices is placed near the charcoal fireplace so that the spices taste good and the spices are hot, so that when served the satay feels hot and delicious, there are two types of satay seasonings, namely the Padang flavored seasoning with its characteristic spices and spicy taste, Peanut flavored spices that are slightly brown in color are more nutty and taste sweet, as in the photo above.
The price of one portion of satay served with meat and rice cake served with its special spices is 13,000 rupiah (0.90 USD), for me the price for one portion is the right and cheap price because it tastes very good
In the photo above is a photo of my nephew, he really likes peanut satay because it tastes sweet, as I described above the typical taste of peanut sauce.

The last photo of me and my nephew, is the closing photo that I present tonight, from that post, all of my friends can read why I like satay, even though satay is a simple food and served on the side of the road, the image of this food makes me not bored -bored to taste it, maybe all of you can try and taste the satay which is a typical food from Indonesia.
