What is EXERCISE?

Exercise is any body activities ,i can be running, jumping, dancing, swimming, all these things are exercise and many more, when we were young we engage in all kinds of play and exercise but as we get older we start to neglect it and pay less attention to it, but it very very important to our total wellbeing
.

1.Regularly Exercising our body helps in blood circulation,it is good for high blood pressure, cardiovascular system, Improves breathing, relieve stress

2. Regular physical exercise strengthens our bone,it makes us stronger,it keeps our fitness and reduce aging process

3. Physical exercise improves our mood, reduces high cholesterol , triglycerides which is the sticky part of cholesterol,it promotes good sleep and energy

4. Physical exercise brings you back in a sparkling mood for sex,it fight Health challenge like Obesity and disease like joint pain

5. I will explain number five with my personal experience, Exercise is helping me nto manage my weight,it helps me to be sharp in thinking and learning,most especially to manage blood sugar, with regular physical exercise it will be difficult for one to suffer high blood sugar because sugar stores in the blood when there is no physical exercise

CONCLUSION

In conclusion I want to encourage everyone to continue to Exercise regularly because because there is a lot of health benefits
