Contest: tell us about the importance of Steemit in your daily life by @goodybest

My name is Goodnews from Nigeria, I trust everyone is great and healthy! As for me I'm super excited to participate in the "TELL US ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF STEEMIT IN YOUR DAILY LIFE" contest organized by the @aroundtheworld community. I want to cease this opportunity to say thank you to this community for coming up with a creative contest like this which has given me the opportunity to tell others how important steemit is to me and how I benefited from this great platform.

I joined this wonderful platform precisely 13th of April 2021 when my best friend @eliany took her time to explained how steemit works and the benefits I will gain if I join the platform, it interest me so I signed up immediately and started steeming on!.

MY LIFE BEFORE STEEMIT

Before I joined this platform everyday was just ordinary carrying out house chores, dropping the kids in School, bringing them back, helping them with their home works that was all. I was just a permanent house wife who seeks for a job to earn a living and be of assistance to my husband and family.

Steemit has brought significant changes and surprises to my way. Because now I got to know steemit there is Joy, I used to share my post with others they liked it and dropped meaningful and sincere commendations and I felt fulfilled and inspired when fellow steemians acknowledged my writings and I'm motivated to share more of my life.

Steemit has brought out the best in me, I learned brainstorming in steemit, through many contests I participated, I learned to think critically, innovatively and logically in this platform.
I really improved in my writing skills since I joined this wonderful platform, moreover I learnt how to do a lot of things myself.

I made this hanging decor during the DIY steemwomenclub contest

I learned how to cook different delicacies, and how to garnished my meals to look more attractive through steemit.

I know how to make good used of some applications like canva through steemit.

Steemit has taught me brain works but most importantly, it connected me with people from different races, cultures, and backgrounds, people with my same interest, I learned about different cultural beliefs and norms through this amazing platform and I learned how to interacts with everyone respectfully. Indeed I learned new things daily in this platform and I will continue to learn. Sincerely it feels great to be here!

I used to earned from many of my quality contents, so I can now be of financial assistance to my family, I can help ease my husband load by paying some bills. Steemit has helped me tremendously.

I get involved with steemit because it is a community without border, and partialism, a decentralized social network owned and operated by its users, and powered by STEEM . An amazing legit platform of which any investor or creative and persistent individual can build a stable future financial security with. I'm absolutely happy that I can work from the comfort of my home, it only Steemit that offers me the opportunity to learn about crypto currency for free, I hoped to join the academy soon but I have my fears if I'll be able to understand. finally steemit has added value to my time.
