Factors such as the family you were born in, the geography you live in, the conditions you live in, the schools you were educated in, the institution you work for greatly contribute to the shaping or transformation of your existing personality. Sometimes, due to these external factors, your self may evolve in a direction you do not prefer without you realizing it.

Some people manage by closing the situation to the outside world, some fight against it, some choose to be obedient. Under these preferences, there may be many reasons such as maintaining autonomy, lack of belonging, seeking approval, desire for acceptance, and conditional love. Whichever path you choose, after a while you will be able to adapt to the conditions you are in and be alone with yourself. The increase in negative events around you or the comfort of your comfort zone can prevent you from seeing this situation that you are not satisfied with. The further you get away from yourself, the less creativity and intimacy you will be. Over time, you may even feel guilty and hypocritical for this discrepancy and go into a cycle.

For example, if you use adjectives such as responsible, hardworking, successful when defining yourself, but you are in an environment where you cannot show them for some reason, you will gradually feel lazy and unsuccessful, and you may turn into this after a while.

It is important to recognize this situation and understand your true feelings in order to meet your ideal identity again. For example, unless you can see the feeling of helplessness or inadequacy that underlies anger, you may not understand what is happening in your inner world or what is disturbing your self.

The ideal self is a harmonious blend of your core self, your desired future life and hope. "What kind of person do I really want to be?", "What do I want to do in my life?" You can discover your ideal self with unlimited answers to such questions. Your ideal self is not what you are supposed to be, but the person you really want to be, regardless of external factors.

Considering our capacity to produce endless and limitless anxiety, it is beneficial to have the positive emotional attraction center active for such imagination exercises. Before imagining your ideal, you can do a breathing exercise that will activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Learning and practicing the right breathing techniques will help you to contemplate, analyze events better and see the truth clearly, as well as many physical health effects.

Another exercise that will help you create your ideal self is to imagine in detail a frame from your ideal life 5-10 years later. What kind of home are you in, what kind of job do you work, what kind of match are you, what do you do to enjoy that day? In this frame you have dreamed of, you can observe you from the outside and define what you are like and how you came here.

Remember, you must leave the planning phase after the ideal self-imagination. Otherwise, you may be anxious for no reason while dreaming, imprisoning me in a more limited space in your ideal.

EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD. YOU CAN DO IT!
