In contact with soil
One of the biggest problems in city life is that we can't go very far in contact with the soil because we have to wear shoes all the time which is why we can't go in contact with the soil.But I will write today about what I did yesterday, I hope my readers will see the matter better.
In the heat of the day, when my life was in full swing, I thought I would get out of this confined life for a while and take a short walk in the nature, take off my shoes and walk barefoot on the soft grass Because I think I need to get in touch with nature at least a little bit.
Anyway from that thought stream yesterday afternoon I went to a field very close to home and walked there barefoot on the grass for a long time and I was very comfortable because after a long time it was a refreshing work from within me.All in all, I lost myself for a while. I think everyone needs to be like that sometimes.
