With the feet on the ground
Recently the carnival holidays have passed and I have been thinking a lot about how much I miss going to the beach, even for a while, or to the countryside and enjoy the company of my family because these last months we have been living under a lot of stress and confinement.
Although I live in a coastal area the frequency with which I used to go to the beach was very, very little, and that only 10 minutes away I can get to one, only there the water is very cold and I thought a lot to do it or always gave priority to other activities. Coincidentally my son told me this morning "mom I would like to put my feet in the sand of the beach" and well, I can only tell him with great faith and hope that soon we will go, because although here we have implemented some days of flexibilization we still prefer to keep the precautions.

My husband loves to go out and see places in our country, we visit the beautiful National Park Medanos de Coro, located in the city where he was born as well as travel to other cities.
Médanos de Coro National Park. Falcon State. Venezuela.
That is why now with this experience of isolation I have given more importance to go out to share with our family and friends, especially to be in contact with nature.
A unique experience in these walks is to be able to walk barefoot on the beach or step on the earth in the countryside and observe so many beauties and aromas that allow us to revitalize, relax, de-stress and let the good energies flow in us.

Children like to be barefoot so much, they do it whenever they can, but we adults lose that habit. And it turns out that direct contact with the earth is very beneficial for our body. Scientific studies indicate that practicing earthing allows the body to maintain the balance of its electrical charges, which maintains health and vitality.
Something so simple allows to reduce anxiety, the secretion of adrenaline and cortisol. When stepping on the ground, there is a free transfer of its electrons to the interior of our body and these act as powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory, preventing various diseases, regulating the nervous system, controlling stress, sleep problems, cardiovascular diseases among others.
This is how using the earthing therapy will be beneficial and we will have a very pleasant time. The most important thing is to walk barefoot while you can, on sand, dirt, grass or even pottery if you can't go outside.
So friends, let's stay connected to the earth!
Until next time, thanks for reading!
Hello friend, how nice your publication, the beach is relaxing many times, it is always good to change environments, it is good to get out of the routine, although in these moments we have to be responsible and take care of ourselves. It looks like you have a nice family, thanks for sharing a little of your story with us.
Greetings!
Hello friend @franyeligonzalez, thank you for your comment! Definitely sometimes it's nice to have a change of scenery, even if it's just for a day, especially with family and friends.
Greetings !
I have not had the opportunity to experience having my bare foot on the beach before but I will like to do that really soon.
P.s are you still on isolation I'm your country? In my country people are moving around almost freely.
Here there are beautiful beaches and the feeling of being in contact with nature is unique. There are people who do visit the beaches and you can go out more than a few months ago but we still prefer to maintain the necessary precautions especially for the adult family members that we are in contact with.
Greetings and thanks for commenting!
Good evening. Thank you for sharing your experience and reminding us of the benefits of contact with the earth, where we come from, where we are and where we are going. Greetings.
That's right, sometimes we focus on so many things that we lose love and contact with the simplest and most wonderful things like nature. Thanks for commenting, greetings!
