The world has changed its way of doing business in recent years, where entrepreneurs have evolved in all aspects, seeing how their businesses are booming around the world or simply as they see the growth of their assets over time, the truth is that they are in the best moment of their business life and it seems incredible to say this, when we are going through such a difficult time as the pandemic, but really this event allowed companies to see a fast way for their growth and of course I am talking about digital life, that tool that sometimes many despised and today has turned them into multimillionaires.

Social networks are a powerful weapon in the right hands, as they connect us with a gigantic amount of users on a daily basis, allowing our products or services to see a boost, making operations within our market, have a stable growth and give us the perspective of different customers.

Showing our business at the level of social networks, allows us to collect very relevant information, sometimes allowing surveys on a specific need or simply to know the opinion of people with certain topics.

A businessman must know in its entirety the public towards which he directs his marketing campaigns and in this subject the networks are the best source of information to know positions and of course to launch a new product to the market; but we cannot forget, that as well as this digital tool, allows us to grow business wise, it also exposes us to great conflicts, that many times are born in the own social networks and it is when we observe a considerable collapse in the actions of our company or simply it is reflected in our percentage of sale.

It is important that the team in charge of the profiles in networks of a company, maintain a balance in their publications, opinions, surveys and advertising campaigns, only in this way avoid any controversy, which plunges them into an unknown area.

There are many ways to manage business accounts on social networks, but the most advisable is to adapt to the day to day, that is, listening to the opinions of each user, thus satisfying each of their needs; it is true that not every company is able to meet all the needs, but what is real, is that it can manage to shape its functions to the demands of its commercial market, thus ensuring a place at the top of the business status.
