from my point of view a leader is a person who has the ability to organize people to achieve an objective that benefits all members of the organization, leaders can be found in any human grouping and are easy to recognize since they are usually those who manage the groups.

a leader always thinks of collective benefit rather than individual gain. in other words, he is always looking out for the welfare of his organization.

it is impressive what an organization can achieve when they have a leader who directs them, the leader quickly identifies the talents of the people and knows how to guide them so that people can develop their capabilities to the maximum, each individual plays a fundamental role in the organization and the leaders know how to use those capabilities to boost the team and thus ensure that each person can fulfill the role assigned to him in the organization in the best way.

many people forget that one of the most difficult jobs when forming teams and managing them is to get people to do what they should do in the best way, that is why leaders must be good communicators, a team that does not have good communication can not function properly so the most important job of all is the leader who must have excellent communication with each of the team members.

can you learn to be a good leader?
