With all that is going on in the US and the delicate economic situation, they may have to cut costs and maximise their oil production. In that sense, extracting oil from their deposits could be a good alternative to maximise their oil profitability.
Certainly my friend, and now even more so as the US government is incorporating public spending and most likely they will need to increase their production.
