One of the things I believe is that if you have to look for investors it is because the business is unproven and has a high probability of failure, but if you create the business and it starts to generate profits, investors will look for you because you have a proven business model.
Yes, you are right but some people want to start a business which they are sure it will succeed and make good profit but they don't have enough capital and borrowing loan to start a business is not the best option so they just have to look for investors.
